I'd be interested to know if there's a criteria to meet to turn your Euro card in for a PGA Card?? After the original Q School I'd requested a PGA Card but was issued a Euro Card...I also noticed that some new players with relativly high Q school scores -1 to -10 for instance be issued PGA cards...thus my question..How does one move up from the Euro Tour to the PGA?

Technically, they are "equal". But what you would have to do, now with unlimited crossovers you can play every event on the PGA on try to move up the Fedex points rating. If you meet whatever the guideline is to retain your card on the PGA (top 75% i believe, not sure though) you will have a card for next year's PGA. However, if you are unable to get in the top 75%, and fall out of the top 75% of the Euro, you will hold 0 pro tour cards. This was the system put in place at the beginning of the year. Dont know if the admins have made any changes

Honestly when a new player earns a card and request PGA, the ones who are in Euro who originally requested PGA should have first right to switch over assuming there's room.Seems fair.

This is what I would of thought...but along those other lines I've already crossed over to the PGA Tour and won a tournament, Shouldn't that entitle me to a PGA card at least for next year?

If you won on the PGA, you definitely should have both cards. And you have that PGA card for two years. However, the benefit of having both cards really was diminished when we went to unlimited crossovers. But at least the win guaranteed that you can't be demoted.
