This is a course based out of Payson Arizona. Payson sits at an elevation of 6300 feet, so it is not your typical Arizona desert course. Much like Flagstaff, it is very wooded, rocky, and lush. There are 3 par 5s, 3 par 4s and 3 par 3s on this par 36 nine hole course. A lot of variety here. Definitely some strategy involved with this course. I hope you enjoy your round at the Mongollon Rim GC.

sroel908: Green firmness is more about how the ball interacts with the putting surface when you hit an approach into it. A soft green is more receptive, and will allow more backspin than a firm one. A firm green will have less bite and more rollout. Nov 18, 2024 15:57:00 GMT -5
