May as well get it out of the way since it's done.....
**************
RL Facts:
This is loosely based on Australia’s No.2 course, Cape Wickham. Built on King Island, Tasmania in 2015, Cape Wickham has very quickly gained world recognition for its spectacular views and pure links golf with limitless shot-making possibilities. The open width, natural landscapes and amazing scenery were the main aspects I tried to emulate with this course.
Named after John Clements Wickham, a Scottish explorer who first visited King Island in 1837, the region was famous for dozens of shipwrecks due to treacherous seas with low lying rocks which caused hundreds of deaths until Australia’s tallest lighthouse was built in 1861.
Fictional Info:
Upon his retirement in 1859, John Clements Wickham returned to King Island with his family and created the first golf course in Australia. Together with the help of local Aboriginal natives, they weaved 18 stunning holes across the undulating landscape while also establishing a self-sustained community complete with farming and agriculture. John and his family built their house overlooking the 18th fairway and he was known to play his ‘back 6’ every evening before supper as his 13th tee was conveniently laid at his back door. 😉
The usual promo vid -
Please judge the side contest as the back nine.

Congrats pal - definitely getting better with each publish. Particularly loved the simplicity of 11, your 15th greensite and 17 just looked gorgeous. Really cool style of course and I'm sure I'll be back for more - best of luck and hope this somehow makes it in.

Been eagerly awaiting the release of this beauty. The promo is quality, I’m expecting the pixel golf to be even better!!
EDIT Had a quick run round and easy 5 star for me. Loved the feeling of wild openness. Next time I'm going to try and play in plus fours and black and white graphics!!

This promo video makes me wish HB would give us a hickory club option.

Bro, you're a genius.
Any chance you could throw an ounce of that talent my way?
Needless to say, favourited. I'll be returning and cranking up that wind next time (had a benign default this time round).
Magnificent piece of work. I've an 8% stout on board now so imma stop right there lest I start getting all poetical.

@cd06, CiB0RG , CiB0RG , Andy Meade , SkyBlueBen , trailducker , InYourRearview - Very much appreciate the support fellas. Lots of great courses to play over the next few weeks so it should be a fun time. b101 - Thanks for the support as always. I'm stoked you liked 11 - is my second favourite hole after 15. Australian - Haha - I doubt many in here would even know the tune. @mctrees02 - I was saying exactly the same thing in Avakrac's stream last week. Then you could have a hickory society, etc whereby the clubs don't play as long and the golf courses all of a sudden become difficult. Would be fun. robn - You saw my earlier courses. Just takes a while to get a handle of the tools as well as starting learning everything else bit by bit. These gurus have made it easier than ever for us though so we have no excuses.

I had a look at Cape Wickham a couple of weeks back as somebody asked if it was in the game, and I think you nailed the look of it here. I enjoyed the course and if I was to sum up my round on it, it would be this
