All of the designers that don't get selected in the 28 guaranteed contest spots can opt to "stay in" if they choose, and we will then randomly assign those designers with the same 28 locations that the rest of the field has, giving them a chance to build a National Treasure course by the same deadline as the contest rules state. We are then going to hold 4 "Wild Card" spots to be added to the contest field, bringing the total contest to 32. Those wild card spots will be filled by 4 designers from the group that stayed in and impressed us the most with their entries. Once they are in the field of 32, they get treated like the rest of the field and go through the judging process along with all the other courses.[/quote]
but what happens if there is more than 56 entrants? What will happen if say there as 62 people signing up? Do the extra 6 still get one of the 28 locations or will 6 people miss out altogether?
BTW I did notice 28 letters in your cryptic phrase so I just assumed you had lost your mind instead of giving a hint at country locations.

Maybe I should have said the theme doesn’t have to specifically represent the look of that country it could be done using other means. But sure the look helps. |

Seeing as there was no "F" in the clue then that excludes France. |
