I think it's been just about 4 years since I finished Cloudcrest, which was only my second design, then a big move and hadn't really gotten back into the designer since. Covid finally got me to pick it back up, and this will be the third and last course designed on xbox (pc arriving this week) and I look forward to turning some more out. Salt & Sand is just supposed to be a fun and interesting walk through a fictional Oregonian peninsula. The planting took forever on xbox and I renovated many of the wholes over and over again. It plays firm to bring the ground into play a bit more. Can be played really in any wind and the black tees are the intended tee. Let me know what you guys think I'm looking forward to getting back into the community. PS if anybody wants to add better pictures it would be greatly appreciated!

I really enjoyed the sightlines and general planting ideas on this course, some absolutely stunning cliffsides and dunes that made me stop and admire between golf shots. I also felt the layout was fun and had a lot of charm. Great to have you back designing!

I also felt the layout was fun and had a lot of charm. Great to have you back designing! The tee shot on 4 with the hillside staring you in the face and only a small sliver of fairway and bunker in sight was one of the most natural looking shots I’ve seen in this game. Really well done.

Thanks appreciate that, I did spend a lot of time on that tee shot, it was one of my least favorite holes early on but I quite liked the result.

Welcome back to the community, excellent design. Enjoyed playing this course, nice open views, tough challenging greens, and a lot of great golf holes. I'm on PS4 myself so I know this had to take a long time to complete the planting, it paid off, very well done. Fun course to play. Not much to complain about with this one.

leveler - Nicely done with this course. A unique feel and vibe to it for sure and loved some of the holes that had the infinity greens overlooking the water. This is a solid and challenging course for all skill levels. The fairways were contoured nicely but also very playable.
