The rolling hills of Frankfort Kentucky and Buffalo Trace Distillery welcomes you! The golf course is freshly carved from the grounds near the distillery for patrons to continue the fun after their distillery tour with an enjoyable and challenging round of golf. The course is tightly routed and features a shared fairway, shared green, split fairways and barranca’s traversed through natural elevation changes. The course is new, rugged, and the grounds are still distressed as the horticulturists efforts have yet to fully take effect. With generous bail out areas, the course is designed to challenge the golfer to think on every shot. Hero tee shots are well guarded and offer tremendous risk reward, where bail outs offer a bit more challenge on approach shots. Beware of the barranca’s as they play out of bounds. A view of the Distillery is visible off the 8th tee and 18th green, a mere quarter mile away from the course. Distillery spirits are certainly available at the clubhouse visible from several holes. As this course is so new, blooming flora has yet to take effect and you are surrounded by the natural wooded area and native plants. The plan is to progress the course through its current stage of a Golf Course, to Golf Club with more greenery, to Country Club with tons of flowering and finally a Tour version with possible hole redesigns as the course progresses. This is not a fantasy style course in the vein of waterfalls and rock formations. Just a nice natural course you and your buddies would enjoy a round of golf at while basking in the raw natural grounds that surrounds the course. Tee off and enjoy responsibly! P.S. I'm trying to learn how to upload images, I apologize in advance if they don't, as I don't know how to upload them yet....... ~ Chris

This dude needs to be on everybody's "One to Watch" list. I took some screenshots just to help get him some plays until he gets used to uploading them. First off... there are a couple courses with this name... it's this one. These were my favorite spots... yours may vary. Also, it should be noted that this guy designed this on XBox. So the planting alone took 7 or 8 years. **nudge, nudge** lessthanbread , rhino4life & lessangster Well done Chris! You killed it bro.

Liked this course. Great environment and I can only imagine how long that took to plant on XBox. Definitely will give it another play as well

Apparently planting or more specifically the editor is a lot quicker on the series X if you can get one. I haven’t found planting speed to bad on my Xbox one X it’s tolerable.

That was a truly fantastic course. Loved the planting, hole designs and scenery - great job. Only thing I'd say could be improved was the fairway to green transitions sometimes (only a minor thing though). Didn't take away from an enjoyable and relaxing round of golf though - well done!
