Situated in Merseyside,England, a stone's throw away from Royal Birkdale and Royal Liverpool, this modern links course is designed to be both fair, yet challenging all types of golfer. A good ground game will definitely be a bonus, especially with the strong winds that can go through the area. At just under 7400 yards, hitting fairways is essential to reach many of the greens. Made on xbox so I dont have pics, I hope everyone enjoys their rounds here.

Wow, thanks karma. I tried taking a pic like your 3rd one when I published the course but couldn't get it looking as good as that

Is this your first course, crossers7 ? I watched it on the WhatAboutAmeobi stream today and you've got some really good hole designs. Keep working to develop your technical skill in the designer and I think you'll have some great courses in your future.

I've done a couple of others so far, it was just a couple of technical things that stopped them getting approved, but I'm still working on those things and hopefully I'll get the courses looking how I imagine them. Will definitely have to check out that stream

You rang, mctrees? Here's my play through of Royal Kirkby. I quite enjoyed it and there were designers in chat who offered some suggestions that I tried to make sure to repeat, since you can't see chat VODs when streaming straight from PS4.

Just watched that play through now. Really appreciate your time spent playing, and especially the comments on how to improve. Only been doing this for a couple of months so all help is welcome. It was made for the greens and fairways to play firm so I think you'd have enjoyed using the slopes a bit more if youd have played it that way. I just wish you hadnt made it look so damn easy haha.

I might have to play it again in firm conditions to get a more accurate idea of how the course is meant to be played...

That glitch is very annoying, especially when it's designed with firm surfaces in mind. And let me know if you do play it again? Would be interesting to hear your opinion on it with everything set how it was intended, especially with a different pin set and wind direction. I think pins 1 and 4 are the better ones btw.

Yeah, I'm going to give it a go in my stream today. 1pm EST (6pm UK). Gonna go very firm and high winds.

Oh cool, I'll try to watch that live, if I cant I'll definitely watch it on youtube afterwards. I do think there should be at least a few holes that will play differently in those conditions

Glad to see the course play trickier the second time round on the better settings. 2 under par doesnt hurt as much as 14 under haha. And thanks for streaming it a second time, hope you still enjoyed the course, whataboutameobi

Yeah, it did play a good bit differently with the firm conditions, and the wind, too. It's a good track. Well done!
