Please Note: I have had to withdraw from the competition due to posting a beta as I was unaware this was in the rules of the contest. Sorry to everyone for breaking the rules, I really did not mean to be that guy, I should have taken more time reading the rules before I started. It really didn't even cross my mind! I will still go ahead with publishing this course but it will be just as a fun project rather than a part of the competition. Good luck everybody!

Even though I am not in the real event and I am only doing the 9 hole event, I thought I would still build an 18 hole course and see how it went.
Coyote Peak Golf Club is a semi-private club that is definitely off of the beaten track. It is an 18 hole course of desert golf situated in a fertile valley in eastern Arizona. The course does not provide many birdie opportunities, except for the truly brave, as this course will play long and unforgiving, especially in the wind. Big undulating greens are framed by large cacti and aloe plants.
At a length of around 7,400 yards from the Championship tees, Coyote Peak will test every ability of your game. There are places to miss if you know where to look, and a lot of the time par will be an acceptable score.
