With the small timing/pacing window and added difficulty in 2k21, what are people's thoughts on fairway widths? IRL they seems to average about 35-45 yrds but can be as much as 65. I went a little narrower in 2019 but maybe "real world' widths are more appropriate for 2k21? Or even bigger?

Wide fairways with a hazard guarding the preferred line seems to be the most widely well-received strategic fairway design in PGA 2K21. It doesn't overly punish an OK shot and keeps players in the running for par while still punishing overly-aggressive players who hit a bad shot.

I will keep that in mind for my next (first for 2k21) course.
