Nightmare on the 7th - playing pretty decent round then sliced approach and ball became stuck on rocks by the water off the green - nothing I could do other than take a seven over 12 - looks like I will have the weekend off this week !!
Ultimately it was my bad shot but hope HB sort out the OB/ drop issues soon as one bad shot can unfairly ruin a tournament.

Very poor first round from me; possibly a hangover from how I finished last week's tournament. I just couldn't really get anything going. I made the turn at 4-under and then shot 1-over on the back-nine. I'm hoping I can turn my play around in the second round and make it to the weekend.

shot -4 and then -3 not sure if that will make the cut because the course sets up really nice even with 8-10mph winds I was having a decent time hope I make the cut I shot -7 and -8 rounds 3 and 4! Course was really interesting...even added it to my faves

61-63-64-63, 37 under par. I don't know if it was the course, but I actually played well this week. I had a 7 on the 13th in the final round, which might have cost me a Top-10, but I am still very happy with the result.

3 average rounds followed by a good one at the end. I'd call it a solid showing for my first tournament as a full Web A card holder.

Not even a way to play out and back on again. Going to finish out so I don't record a black spot for the week but very frustrated that there is not a drop shot feature in the game yet.

I played very poor this week. The course was good but for whatever reason, my play just wasn't clicking with it. I'm looking at my first missed cut this week, which is unfortunately what I deserve.

I played decent the 1st two rounds, -8 on the 1st and -9 under on the 2nd. Enough to make the cut. Decided earlier to do the 3rd and 4th and well....3rd just went bad, struggled to finish it at -3 then got a -7 on the 4th. Like the course but just couldn't get it together during the tournament. Was averaging -10/-11 on practice rounds but yet again my putts were letting me down a lot. Hopefully things go better in the next tournament. Good luck to everyone who makes the cut.

Well this week has been a bit of a disaster. I played my first 2 rounds on Monday and scored a creditable -7 and -10 for a top twenty place at the half way point. I was confident I could match these scores if the wind was kind. I took advantage of a free morning on wednesday to complete my tournament, and played a very quick 18 practice holes then loaded the TGCT tournament. As I stood on the tee, the commentator welcomed me to the 2nd round. 2nd round? I'd done that already. -10, remember? I didn't really know what to do next as it was 9am UK time and I assumed I'd get no response to an email query. So I thought I'd race through this 18 holes, then play round 3 and 4, and submit those scores. I was on autopilot for the rerun round 2 and not concentrating too much. It showed, the round was awful. That shook me up a bit and as a result my focus was all over the place for round 3. My golf was plagued with 92% shots and balls squirting off at weird angles. The result? Just -5. Not anywhere near good enough to hold my place in the pack. I really focused for round 4 and got myself to -9, to finish the tournament (I thought) at -31. I've since recieved a reply to may email from admin, and they've advised that they've cleared my scores from the leaderboard and I'll have to resubmit for all 4 rounds, with the scores that showed on the game's leaderboard. Well, I didn't write down my score on my replayed round 2, and it was probably 9-10 shots worse than my -10 I should have had. So I'm gonna have a WD this week. Really not happy, but the rules are on the FAQ page - it's just that I wasn't aware of them so messed up. My fault entirely.

Main reason I left the PGA was not making cuts. Well I'm making cuts now and actually get to play all 4 rounds. Steady is all I can say. I think my first two rounds were both -7 under, then -8 under and winds killed me in the last round with a -5 under. But thats still good at least for me in winds over 10 mph. Made some chip ins and holed some lengthy putts, had a lot of fun except for the commentary going missing again. I think I miss the encourgement, which after a bad shots helps quite a bit.

Im in WEB A
Started with two reasonable rounds 66 - 67 in fairly high winds and I ended up right on the cut line at -11, had a bit of a nervous wait last night.
Played my third and fourth rounds and shot 64 - 63 so finished strongly, still left a lot of putts out their so that's something I need to work on.
Might do some practicing on next weeks course over the next few days, in between watching the masters of course.
see you all on the fairways

Ok, so I have JUST missed the cut with a -10 for both my rounds.
I guess my bogey on 17 in round 2 really DID make the difference....ho hum.
Good luck to everyone else, I'm going to guess at a score of -45 for the winner this week....whoever that may be....I'm routing for my fellow Brits currently in the top ten....so come on Stephen Thompson, Billy Mitchell and Kevin Moore!
See you all in Mexico next week.

Well I'll be starting my TGCT career on the Web-A Tour in Mexico next week. Managed to complete April Q-School at Even Par, thus only one shot off a PGA/Euro Tour Card yet FiggieG failed to make the CUT with -10!!?!!
Something tells me I won't be gracing the Web-A Tour for long and I'm not talking PGA/Euro! The funny thing is I had plenty of those 92-95% shots on Q-School so I should have gone under par and got me that PGA/Euro Card and at the time I was a little disappointed but after reading FiggieG's post I wish I'd gone +40!

Lazyarse....one of the winners in the lower tours (cant remember which tour but could have been Champions tour before the flights were in place) won one of the tournaments with a -76!! So being down there doesn't guarantee an easier time.
Welcome aboard though man and good luck next week in Mexico.
