So can you still rapidly press the button and it’ll auto rotate? If so that’s great, I struggle with spam planting dexterity so that would be ideal for me when laying grass and plants down You should be able to press and hold the button to spam a bunch of stuff down rapidly, or you can tap the button to plant a single item. (Or rapidly tap to plant multiple items.) And yes, as long as you previously hit a number key, the object will automatically spin while you are planting. I found myself using that quite a bit over the weekend! It would be so nice if you could scale up/down while spinning/planting. Not sure why the Course Editor doesn't allow that. (You can only scale down.) That's excellent news as this is what will be of great value when I'm planting long grass, can you just stop it spinning to re-size and then re-engage the spinning thereafter pretty quickly? I'm still tidying up a plot before I get planting but will definitely use this script for sure so thank you for doing it

I am usually holding the controller in my left hand and I tap the "`" key, press up on the d-pad using just my left hand, press "8", and then I'm back planting again. Perhaps if I only did the spinning WHILE the button is down, and you are planting, then it would be easier/faster to scale the objects up and down without ever having to touch the keyboard. I'll experiment with that later. I hope you find the script useful! I'm REALLY enjoying course design, but even using my script I'm starting to lose my enthusiasm for planting. :-) Do a lot of people use the multi-planting / spline features?

Splinting a d multiplant take up a lot of meter, I mainly do RCRs so each tree has to be very exact which takes ages and requires mainly single planting, for large wooded areas I make little “tree farms” and then copy and paste to cover large areas, I can then go back in and resize a few trees if needed. The one time I do use splining is if I’m doing a links course with not many trees and bushes as it’s the quickest way to lay down long grass, I can then use single planting to fill in gaps around Tees, greens and landing areas in the fairway. Currently doing a course that’s requiring lots of buried bushes and scrub areas so your tool should be really good for me to lay down grass and ferns quickly around these bushes, will let you know how it goes

Great! I'm glad you are finding it useful. :-) For future reference, what was the correct label?

Great! I'm glad you are finding it useful. :-) For future reference, what was the correct label? Pretty sure it was simply “joy2” which was basically the only derivation of the “1/2joy1/2” recommended setting I hadn’t tried lol.
