Global Golf Tour Cup Summaries

The Cup was contested on a classic and challenging course that rewarded careful planning and hitting fairways more than brute strength. All 4 Societies had near record high entries and some excellent scores. The new season which features "World Top 100 Courses" and will have 4000 coin bonuses in every event starts later today.

The Society administrators will be adding their own personal touch to their tournaments with a greater variety of courses to choose from. It's the perfect time o play in multiple Societies and play up to 45 different courses from the list greatest courses in the world.

We've now completed the first four tournaments which were a mix of difficulties. We have a little warm up in preparation for the US Open. Winged Foot West and The Country Club are hosting depending on your society. We are offering multiple locations for the Majors so you have a chance to play different courses if you are a member of multi0ple societies.

These are Majors so you will be encountering some tougher courses. If you have some free time go out and play a practice round or two.

Promotions will be beginning today as a  few members have already exceeded the maximum of 6 rounds of -10 or better. Those being promoted will receive a message via PS$ Messenger. If you do not it's because your privacy setting prevent incoming messages.

TPC Sawgrass has a reputation of being very easy and producing scores in the high 50's and low 60's. Well we discovered that if you increase the winds to 16 to 20 mph less than 25% of the players could break par.
