The Sony 2.0s (or Gold, they have different names in different territories) are an excellent, comparatively low cost wireless solution. 130 dollars buys you a lot of headset - you can easily spend more and get less performance.

Probably the best within your budget (just!) are the Astro A50's - this a superb headset all round and a thoroughly worthwhile purchase (I just wish I had the sort of money they're asking for)
