If you can discuss reasonably as has now been demonstrated I have no.issue. As stated my issue was I won't see people who work hard and give.up there time for their site put down like you did. End of discussion on that for me. Happy to discuss any views you have in a reasonable manner

The only post I removed was the one in which bilko questioned why I was on WEB C. It had no bearing on the discussion and was just a direct attack at me since he didn't have any further valid points to make. He has reposted it in the OP on this page and I will leave it there so people can judge for themselves. Give a man a dollar and he wants to know why he didn't get 5.

Forgive me if I'm wrong, but I thought the very first post about how all this came to pass was why there is no playoff system in place for a tie?, Now I also believe this ruling on how tie's were separated was in place at the very beginning and all participants knew this, so why ask the question now, 13 weeks in?
As regards to the course being changed 2 days prior to the event, again forgive me if I'm wrong are you referring to Shakespeare?, then if you are, I myself had no problem with the course change at such short notice, but I also understand other players having an issue with this, moaning and groaning about it is not going to change the outcome, play a few practice rounds, get accustom to the new settings, and then play the tournament when you see fit.
I tell you what if the admin decided to say sorry we are not using magnolia national for the masters and said we are playing here instead, now that would cause major upset, but it would make one hell of a tournament, but at the end of the day all players would have to learn a new course and quick.
Sorry if this has gone off topic in anyway, but thanks for your time and patience, have fun and happy golfing.

What the hell is going on in this forum?
No, seriously, what the hell is going on?
Not a single day goes by where someone isn't b%&ing or complaining about something. This place is toxic and not even enjoyable to be around.
Here's an idea: Don't like that you don't get to make the rules or pick your own courses? Start your own damn tour. See how enjoyable it is to put in the work only to have no one be happy, ever.

This tour is the best career mode any golf game has ever seen, and it's free! The people in charge aren't making any money and have spent hundreds (thousands?) of hours to get this to were it is. And some people do nothing but b%&.

It's not constructive criticism if you get upset when your idea isn't used, it's just complaining. There are too many opinions to use every single one. Just leave your 2 cents and move on, go enjoy your day.

i've had a few posts removed tonight , because I dared to question the validly of the answers provided. I asked why if we have a a tie after 4 rounds, do we not have a Playoff? Only to be told it's too much hard work. I don't think it is and would only add to the drama, and would also replicate REAL TOUR CONDITIONS. A real tour has never been decided by lowest last round i then went on to question Major Highs motives, after he went on the attack against me. I asked why he, ended up ON Web.com C, he is clearly over qualified for this tour. But he stayed there regardless of exemptions JUST TO MAKE THE MASTERS. clearly GAMING THE SYSTEM. In my eyes . If you disagree with people on here you are totally dismissed. No discussion, it will be removed. WHAT YOU SCARED OF MAJOR HIGH , LET THE MEMBERS DECIDE. YOU KNOW YOU WILL WIN. After all you know THE GLASS BELLY BUTTON BRIGADE REIGN ON HERE ( they are the glass belly button brigade, because THEIR HEADS ARE SO FAR UP THEIR OWN ARSES, THEY NEED A GLASS BELLY BUTTON TO SEE WHAT IS HAPPENING IN THE WORLD). This is a tour with a thousand plus members, but only Really run for the elite 30 or 40 players, if you aren't that good, just put up with it, or they will try to intimidate you. I CANT BE INTIMIDATED. read this quick , it will be removed First off, let me say that I believe that the vast majority of what TGC Tours is, and represents is a fantastic idea. Even the casual fan of golf, and video games can see the amount of work that goes into this community for no charge to the end user. With that being said, I can see Bilko's points, and can see and feel his frustration as well. I have also at times felt very frustrated with the changes that have been implemented with very little notification. (course changing of Shakespeare) to "toughen" up the course/changing of course start/end/score submittal. Now I fully support change in an effort to make the competition more equitable, and more enjoyable for all participants. But I think that change should be made for a future date several weeks out that allows proper notice to be given to all participants, not just the few dozen that frequent the forums on a regular basis. Also, we don't know all of the situations that any poster/commenter may be dealing with, and these frustrations with other things may be escalated by frustrations encountered here on TGC Tours. So with that being said, don't be so quick to rush to judgement on someone because of a few things that they have posted in frustration due to feeling like they were not being heard. I know Bilko, and he is a genuinely caring person, with a fantastic sense of humor. I am proud to call him a friend. The old saying of you never know what its like for someone until you walk a mile in someone elses shoes holds true in this instance. It's easy to rush to judgement about a stranger on the internet, and make snide comments about someone when they are having a rough day, and you don't know all of the back story. For those that are frustrated, and just go along without speaking out their frustrations, just remember You'll Never Walk Alone!

For those that are frustrated, and just go along without speaking out their frustrations, just remember You'll Never Walk Alone! The forum rules exist across the board for all members. If a person finds themselves experiencing life events that make them more likely to post on these forums in an inappropriate and offensive way, then they should refrain from posting until they have their own house in order, not bring it to this house and use it as an excuse for their ill-mannered behaviour. I am not speaking about Bilko, only addressing your comment about trying to consider that people may have other things going on that influence their behaviour. Valid points and concerns have been made and we do try to hear all of them, even if we can't accomodate them. But the second a message takes an offensive/ aggressive/ demeaning tone, those valid points take a back seat.

I have seen much worse on these boards than what bilko was saying.
I find it a troubling that the view point above about how switching the Shakespeare course the way they did is being stated that it did not affect him, so piss off if it affected you. I think Doyley even commented to someone that if the shorter practice time was going to be an issue for you that you're not good enough. The mindset behind those comments are what people like bilko and others find frustrating.
I get it, you are donating your time for this tour, and it is free for all to play. I enjoy it and thank you all for the time you put in. I don't think that should be a reason to have a individualistic and narcissistic attitude to dismiss how it may affect players like myself that are not as good as you.
