The environment and character of these courses you captured really well, feels just like Berkshire. Few v good holes too. I can’t see this being beat tbf

I love this. Having worked as a teaching pro at West Hill Golf Club in Surrey, I played Woking, West Hill, Worplesdon, Swinley, Sunningdale, St George’s Hill etc. etc. A lot and this fictional course gets the feel and style of golf exceptionally.
I’m working on St George’s Hill currently and will surely take some inspiration from your presentation, just superb work sir. Bravo

Meant to say as well, I can see the St George’s Hill inspirations in your design (aside from the obvious red clubhouse comparison lol) you really got the vistas spot on where 1,9,10 and 18 meet

Lighting and textures were incredible, planting was spot on for the style, and most importantly the course played like a dream. Crazy, crazy good rookie submission.

I should also say that I've played Woking this summer and is actually the place my profile pic comes from on these forums. I'll try and get it done tonight but it might have to be tomorrow night if my school schedule is tight. Well done pal!

Been waiting a little while to get round to this. Obviously the look is great and I am such a fan of the way you've brought the heathlands into game with your own spin. More than that though, it's great to see how much progress you made from the beta when so many would have just hit publish. The two complete redos are SO much better - 3 is class and 5 is now just perfectly done; both a great example of trusting that you don't need to do wildly different things to add variety to a course. Really liked the changes to 7 as well - make it such a fun, strategic hole... I could go on and on.
Oh and then I hit 16. Crazy the difference lowering that green made. Damn this is good.
Whatever the result from this contest (I suspect it'll be good), keep up that approach of constantly questioning and ripping stuff up when it's not perfect.

Honestly Ben, I don't know how you can even remember playing the beta course a month ago and then play some 30+ dream team courses and then hop on to my finished course and give a quick critique, amazed, you really have a eye for this stuff.
