confused

I'm sure this question has been asked and answered before, so I apologise if someone is having to repeat themselves.

I just had my best 4 rounds on the Q-school tournament, ok I was 11 over par and lying somewhere around 130th, but while playing a note at the top of the leader-board stated that something like 230 places where predicted so I thought I might be in with a chance.

Then when the tournament was complete the results showed that only the top 83 where promoted!!! big difference.

Is there more than 1 Q-school tournament running each week?

The projected cards number is not working as intended. Admin (Doyley) mentions to ignore it for now.

This week would be a good time to try qualifying again. The Pro Tours were topped off last week, leaving a larger number of cards available in the Challenge Circuit this week than a usual week.  Good luck!
