Enjoyed the setup very much statelyowl, well-played commish! Unfortunately, my tempo left me struggling to find the fairway on most holes (even hit one in the water in Heaven, ugh), and this course features some pretty heavy rough with bad lie percentages, so that didn't leave me with good opportunities for birdie a lot. Limped in with only a -4 in Heaven. I normally do pretty well in Hell to be honest, because I'm not the kind of player that makes 18 birdies a round like some people, so I can often hold on to help the team during that round. I was true to form for about 12 holes, even getting it to -1 for a while in Hell, before a terrible tempo off the tee on 13 left me in a horrible position that led to making a triple bogey. I think I struggled mentally after that because I couldn't get any momentum back, and finished +3 in Hell. That leaves me with a -4 +3 = -1 for my side of the equation SkyBlueBen. I didn't help ya much mate. Looking forward to the challenge of next week! Changed my clubs back to the big boy variety after a failed experiment with more forgiving. More forgiving my arse 😂 Yep, already looking forward to Week 2, we’ll get ‘em next time!! |

Is there any society Loveskud isn’t in and dominating by 15 strokes? Asking for a friend.  I honestly don't mind stepping to the side if you find someone to replace me. I just want the society to be fun and successful. If you have someone in mind or interested, tombanator will need a partner. Let me know! |

Hi Loveskud, Victor was purely ribbing in jest, don't take it the wrong way at all. Not a given you even win this week, at least two other quality Platinum players as capable as matching your effort, and the teams are balanced anyway. So don't be going anywhere, you are more than welcome here and to add to the fun. |

I was just playin' around Loveskud , I have no beef with you whatsoever, you're a nice guy anyway. The fact that you're really good at this game is just what it is brother. I just have to laugh because every society that I've tried to enter I look up and see you winning by large margins, so I thought I'd make a joke out of it. No need for you to leave man, nobody wants that. It's ok I didn't take it personal. I know you didn't mean anything by it. I just don't want to take any of the enjoyment out of the society so whatever I can do to help. |

Made a real mess of things on this first week.
+1 on the Heaven round, which is just absolutely embarrassing. Worst part is, I could have done even worse if I didn't save myself a few times. I blame myself and my flip flop swing tempo.
+8 in Hell. Everything about that sounds right, especially if you flip that 8 on its side. Infinity in Hell. +9 total, feels like a big letdown so gonna forget this and move on.
