Anyone else one of the 1 million concurrent players last night ?
I've been looking forward to this game for a long time. Hopefully its my next Skyrim. So far I had no issues, and the game was beautiful.
Didn't get too far though, it was late when I got it installed.

Got it for my oldest son and tried it out. No a big rpg player but it looks really good on the SX. Probably play it a little here and there. Be I interested more if it had a online version.

On the fence. Not necessarily the type of game I sink significant time into. I’m leaning to buy AC Valhalla first anyway

I have 6.5 hrs in it now, and so far I love it. BUT- I love single player RPG games. So if you like single player RPGs, you know the ones you have to read a lot, get into the lore, and have fun role playing a character in a story, yes, this is worth it. If that type game is not for you, then don't bother, because thats what it is. It is not an online rpg/shooter, like GTAV or RDO. This is a futuristic Skyrim, or Fallout New Vegas style game.
Ok, that said, a fun fact-
They released the preorder sales figures the other day.
The game sold 8 MILLION preorders.
CDPRed said that they have recouped every bit of the cost of producing the game on the preorders ALONE. That means everything, EVERY SALE, from release, is pure profit.

I rarely pay launch price for games and with a PS5 version coming eventually it just makes more sense for me to wait before buying this. If I buy it now there's no way I'd be ready to replay the upgraded version later. It's been a few years since I played The Witcher 3 so that one I'll be ready to replay when the PS5 version is released.

Really enjoying it so far. Playing it on PC with my RTX 3080 with 4k ultra settings and ray tracing on....that is how the game is supposed to look. Able to keep it around 60fps most of the time.
Having fun with the side missions and trying to soak up as much of the world as I can. Certainly not my favorite open world RPG ever, but still loving it.

Haven't grabbed it yet, but do plan on it in the next few weeks.
Debating on buying it for PS5 or for PC.
Leaning towards PC as that's normally my preference for single player games like this.

Deserves a bump now due to the 1.5 update patch.
Currently playing this on PS5 and it is GLORIOUS!!
Smooth as butter, the odd little glitches are very minor. The storyline is fantastic! There is a 5 hr trial out now and until March 3rd, the game is 50% off. Paid 30 bucks for this and I can tell you, it’s worth every penny.
Go grab this now if you haven’t already done so.

Bought it once the PS5 version came out. Enjoying myself but not in love with the game yet. 7 or 8 hours in so I'm barely scratching the surface yet.
