I'd like to start to design on my xbox but when I tried it, it already created a course for me to work with. Is there a way to start from scratch. I saw the video of the Masters and the course was incredible. I'd love to try and make Bethpage Black (Which is a home course for me). But it seems like it would a be a ton of work having to rework and already created course.
Did I miss something on this when creating the course?

At the beginning of your course creation set the number of holes to zero. I would go to the tips and tricks thread in the course design section and watch canuck's videos. He is the reviewer of courses so his word is pretty good. They are pretty quick and give you a good grasp of the tools. And how to set up a course. Also check a lot of the other videos floating around in that section, lot of good designers give nice hints and tricks. PS I would recommend doing an original course first as everyone's first course is pretty rough and real course recreations are at least 10 times more difficult, especially when doing iconic courses where people know what the holes should look like. But give it a go if you feel up to it, but it is a crazy time commitment to nail a recreation of Magnolia National's caliber IMO. Just a heads up. EDIT: Here is the link I spoke of. tgctours.proboards.com/thread/2292/course-design-101-10-series
