This is incredible. Tee shot over those rocks on 4 and the big reveal watching the ball is one of those exhilarating moments you want to repeat a hundred times. Well, we're both published, beef resumes. Why don't you shove that Walking Stick up your...

Kinda resembles a golf course... Kinda

Has a clubhouse...blah blah... Bird emoji
Great work buddy,... I know you went out of your comfort zone, kinda like I do with the DAM and KEG wives so kudos to you
Loved it !!!!!!

Wow...just wow VctryLnSprtsI know I've often been criticized for being very picky when it comes to my reviews on courses..but this one just hits on every level want blind tee shots and approach shots?...check want unexpected open fairway when you think your shot is heading for disaster?...check want punishing greens if you hit to the wrong area?...check want everything to be aesthetically perfect in your round?...check Sure I carded a 9 under 64 from the tips and that would make anyone love a course the 1st time through, but this one just hit every sense of the perfect play through well done Victor I will be featuring this course some time this weekend on PC in my society Black Label Society

Honestly, the overhead view of the course is great alone. The experience of playing is really nice. It has a bunch of "this is too easy" and things go wrong, and a bunch of "oh this is gonna be bad" and things go great. Well done all around for light, planting, and sculpting. Got nothing bad to say sir!

I can only thank you for a super easy and fun course to play. My ailing game needed a walking stick and certainly found it here. Regardless of score, I dont think anyone would ever not enjoy a round of golf here.

Here’s a very meta take (maybe): This is the VctryLnSprts answer to being left out of the Whiskey Resort project. While those guis were building an amazing resort along the Oregon coast, there was this extra plot of land to the north that nobody knew what to do with...and didn’t know to who to call. Is Walking Stick the toughest course on property? No but it’s not supposed to be. Is it a hell of a lot of fun to play and it won’t bruise your ego? Absolutely. Is it coincidental that the logo looks like this? Who could say...

That was a fun round of golf. This was an example of blind-shots done well, as opposed to unintentional ones.
If a player didn't have the overhead preview camera it might be tough to know where to hit the ball, but with it one just lines up an object to aim at in line with where your ball is and your target.
I grew up playing on plenty of golf courses with blind shots and you simply aimed at the water tower in the distance or a hill or a certain tree. All you needed to know was where the pin was for knowing which "landmark" to aim at.
I really loved the tee shot and view as the ball soared over mesmerizing views of the land & water, on both the 4th and 9th holes.
Played well on the front and gave some shots back on the back nine. Finished even par and clearly there will be a different plan on the second and subsequent plays of the course.
Again, what I loved, similar to my play of Merced Municipal, was that you needed to place the ball well, but there wasn't the penal beating, if you were a little off. There's a place for those courses, but occasionally, you simply want to hit shots, make a few good scores and not feel like you entered the BDSM golf tournament (if there's such a thing, as I really wouldn't know!)
Others might pick at sculpting, lighting, etc, but I simply enjoyed the round and clearly it's another course that would be a great one for societies to host tournaments at.
Great job Victor!
