Took a break for about a month from designing because I was getting burnt out and frustrated with my ideas. Launched the game today to find that all of my user data had been reset and my courses gone. 150 hours of work gone, but fresh start here we go! See what kind of quality I can produce in a month...

There may have been some hair pulling and face palming for a bit, but have the front 9 basic surfaces down and am liking the flow and feel better than my last design. Just need to keep plugging away and stay positive knowing that I can't polish the product as much as I would like.

Hole 1 shaped, surfaced, and partially planted. Hole 8 is a driveable par 4 if you're brave enough to contend with the trees and bunkers down the right side.

Tee shot from hole 2, reachable par 5 with the right wind. A creek running all down the left side that bisects the hole right in front of the green, hidden on the tee shot only from the back tees.

Hole 5, a shorter par 5 wandering between the trees and over a hill, hit one of the deep bunkers off the tee and you could be struggling on this one. Also hoping to publish an alpha with the completed front 9 tomorrow for some feedback. Really grinding it out to get a course published by the deadline.

TPR(Alpha) is published, and I would love some feedback! So far it's just the front 9, the actual playable surfaces are pretty much "final" pending feedback, and I would say it's about 60% planted.
I can already say that I'm not going to get this course 100% by the publishing deadline, but I will have 18 playable holes that hopefully look how I intend. Just going to keep grinding.

That was a wild ride, only ended up being able to spend a total of 75 hours designing the course, and I never actually play tested all of it, just parts here and there. Honestly don't know if all the surfaces are there and correct and ended up planting the entirety of the back 9 in the last 40 minutes because I thought it was due midnight my time.
But hey, Twenty Point Ridge is published and ready to be judged whether I like it or not. Finger crossed, and enjoy your rounds!

Aaaaaand I already found a spot that was entirely unplanted that can be seen from 2 holes... Hopefully generic background planting doesn't get me docked too many points there.
