I've tried a couple of new lidar projects, but both times, I get a really weird png for the mask. The tiny one that looks like a QR code. What am I doing wrong?

I skipped a step I think. Honestly, this was so long ago I don't really remember what the problem was. I think I forgot to draw around the image before going to the mask? What I do remember is, it was something really dumb that I forgot something simple.
