Hey guys so Im working on my first course and I have my preliminary sketches done, I am trying to do kind of a south carolina or long island pennisula kind of feel and so I need a fairly flat plot but I still would like some natural wavy slopes. How should I go about this? When I create my plot rn I keep ending up with way to many small bumps everywhere as opposed to flowing smooth mounds.

Make a fuzzy brush big, set the height to something like 15 feet (depending on how slopey you want your slopes), hold down the rotate button so the brush starts spinning, then as you move around the plot randomly, hold down the plant button. This will give you nice rolling hills. You can also go the other way by lowering the height to make dips in the land as well. Change the height and shape of the brush as you go to get a more randomized look. Really just have to play around with that technique until you end up with something you like. Not a perfect science but that's a good way to get started

Literally got a tutorial video on this coming at the end of the week. Worth watching this in the meanwhile:

Interested in seeing your new tutorial b101, but the one you linked has been a tremendous help in my first few courses!
Love the tutorials out there to help us newbies get up to speed quicker!
