No matter what happens from here on in I have to say this really has been a blast! I really hope we can keep this sort of thing going forward! I think it's a great change of pace from the normal stroke play rounds, and the in game matchmaking being on pro really ruins it for me. Thank you thi0711 so much for putting this together! |

Glad you've enjoyed so far. The hardest part was filling the 32 person field. Other than that it has pretty much run itself aside from a few friendly reminders by me to get a match played. Happy to say, we didn't have a single person forfeit or no show a match. Really happy the folks who decided to join made the effort to play every single match. I plan to kick off another not long after this one ends. Just not sure if i'll tweak the format. I will definitely tweak the course. I couldn't putt on these greens! |

Thanks for hosting this, it was a blast to play. I agree 100% with mvpmanatee, these types of rounds are a nice change of pace from tour rounds. The fact that they are competitive is even better. |

MATCH PLAY CHAMPIONSHIP EVENT #2 Here is the link to sign up: Google Sign Up Sheet and InfoDetails: This will be a 5 round / 32 person match play tournament. The event is open to ONLY PS4 Players and you must be registered and active in a society on the TGC Tours Website. To register for the tournament open the Sign Up Sheet tab on the google sheet linked above and enter your information. DO NOT edit, remove, or change anyone else’s information. This will be monitored on a hidden sheet and any changes will be restored. Once we have 32 players registered I will post matchups and details on this forum, via email, and on PS Messenger to each of you. Official dates will be set for each round once we reach 32 players and the event is full. Decide who will create the match with your opponent. Both players should validate that the course, difficulty settings, tees, and pins are all correct before entering the match. Seeding will be determined on your current status on the TGC Tours Website. I will view your profile and log your current tour and money list rank. Platinum players will be lower seeded than Elite, Kinetic, CC. For folks in the same tour, the higher you are on the money list the lower your seed. i.e. 2 players from Kinetic – money list #32 will be seed #4 while money list #38 will be seed #5 etc. If you are not part of TGC Tours, you will be seeded in the middle of the pack. Once you and your opponent complete your match - The winner MUST screenshot the score and report the result to: tomingo0711@gmail.com or send on PS Messenger – please provide both players PSN ID and final score. Should your 18 hole match result in a tie, play the same course & conditions for a 9 hole match play until a winner is decided. In the essence of time - each round can be played over a 5 day span. Once matchups are set you and your opponent will have 5 days to agree to a day and time to play. If you are having trouble agreeing to a day and time with your opponent let me know. If multiple failed attempts are made the non-respondent will forfeit. If after 5 days both players have made an effort but could not find a time to play a coin flip will determine who advances.
