We can't leave this guy out of his own tournament. Let's get around him as without his efforts our very own masters would not be the same. Let's vote to send him one of the 5 Directors invites to the Masters. He dropped 15 places this week to fall to #92 so let's get him back up there and into the field....

Anything else than handing him out an invitation to "His Masters" just wouldn't make sense.
No matter what his actual WGR-ranking is.

Hey man, I really appreciate the thought. No need to petition, though, I think I'll be there I had a fluke DQ this week after a finish in the 40s because the PS4 didn't record my 3rd and 4th rounds. I think maybe it was an internet issue? Not sure but I'll use this as an opportunity to once again remind everyone how much Comcast sucks. My only real issue is how I can drop 32 spots in the WGR in just 2 weeks. Between this week and the week I took off last week, I went from an easy in at 60 to missing the tournament at 92. I'm not sure it's possible to move 32 spots in 2 weeks in the real WGR, regardless of results.

Makes me never want to skip a tournament again. I agree, the WGR formula is not quite right.

I'll save the suspense - CLV is one of 3 people earning a TD Exemption. I never told him until today - but regardless of where he finished, he was going to get in. Just wanted him to earn it if possible - as I'm sure he did as well. We can all thank comcast for his slip this week.

Not exactly sure how the real WGR works, but I think it goes back many years in factoring results. This version is so new with only a little more than a dozen events to go off, so every week makes a big impact. That's why I wish they went with a mandatory number of events you had to miss, or a cap on how many you could play, at least for the first season. I guess the lesson is either play often, or play well, preferably both!

Never thought I would actually need to use it, though!
