Update: Operational for season 2024.
If you are like me, you're trying really hard to at least make the cut each week on your respective Tour within TGCT. TGCTours (Practice Site) can help you achieve that goal. Currently with close to 500 members and at least one member from every Tour represented from the Elite Tour to all of the Challenge Circuit Tours A thru L. It's a good group of people. The sole purpose is to practice on the same course that you are getting ready to play on during the TGC Tours tournament. The courses are all set at the same difficulty levels as TGCT, using the same Pin locations and the corresponding weather from the TGC published Weather Report. The weather Report only gives us the weather for the weekend, it doesn't tell us which day, but it still gives us a chance to practice under those conditions.
The real advantage is learning the course. where is the trouble? Can I clear that water? Is it worth the risk to try and clear the water? Is there OB on the course. If I use 3 wood instead of driver does that put me in a better place to get a birdie?
The society and the tournaments are free because, well, they are practice rounds. Just a place where we can all try to get better.
Currently the Schedule is such:
Sunday - Exact conditions of Round 1 & 2 for Challenge Circuit warmup
Monday - Exact conditions of Round 3 & 4 for Challenge Circuit warmup
Tuesday - Wednesday 2 rounds on the next weeks Kinetic Course.
Thursday - Saturday 4 rounds of the upcoming weeks Challenge Circuit Course. Based on Weather Report.
Come and join TGC Tours (Practice Site). We're already the largest practice site on Xbox, but I would like to see even more playing in each tournament. And really enjoy knowing it is helping people get better and get promoted. We all know as X-boxers, the game is much more difficult, But makes it even sweeter to beat the other platforms players.
And by the way, I am open to suggestions to make it even better.

I enjoy the society and try to play the CC event before my actual rounds. Thanks for setting it up.
I do have a suggestion. For the CC events, I think you should change the Wind Display settings to Open in order to match how it is on the Tours. Each time I've played, it's been Meter Only.

DP, Hope the changes worked. I haven't played yet. I usually wait until the last day. I actually have a spreadsheet set up with all 18 holes on it, then each tournament, I try to play at least 8 rounds. Gives me an idea of which holes play the hardest for me and keeps me from taking risk on those holes.

Question: Do you agree with the rounds being free? Or do you think people want to also play for coins when they are practicing? A lot of members only play like one round. So even though only 12-15 finish the tournament, we usually have about 35-40 playing.

I will be adding the promotion course to this week's practice schedule. Probably run 2 rounds on Monday. May run another two rounds later in the week. Undetermined yet.

The Avalon Club is open for Practice. Come to WGGA - TGC Practice Site and prepare for the next event. 4 rounds for free, but we still pay a small Bonus (At least until I run out of coins, LOL) Over 100 other TGC members practicing to get better and of course to score better than the PS4 and PC guys.
Also really good opportunity to obtain a TGC Tours Card.
Good luck everyone.

El Dorado is live and available to Practice @ WGGA - TGC Practice Site. It's four rounds using same tees we will see in the upcoming tournament. Also used the weather report to give us an idea of the course conditions. I anticipate some pretty low scores.
Also, I will be putting up some practice rounds Monday-Tuesday for the Promotion event, so once you finish your tour rounds, practice on Cape Ari (Tournament) and let's see a bunch of Xbox golfers get promoted.
Last week on the board I was bragging about 75% of the members making their cuts. Well, Lady Karma smacked me for bragging. Guess who missed the cut this week. LOL It happens.

Update:
Ok. since I came up with the original idea for this back in the fall, I've adjusted some things as needed. With over 150 members, here's how things are working at the moment:
Thursday - Friday - Saturday
4 rounds of the upcoming Challenge Circuit Course - This event isn't created until the specific tees are known and we have an idea of the type of conditions we will face. This gives you a great opportunity to get used to the course from the correct distances in proper weather conditions.
Sunday
One round warm up. This event is not created until after TGC event begins (usually within about 30 minutes). This warm up is set up exactly the same as the first round of the TGC event. Our members really take advantage of this.
Monday
One round of the current week of the Elite Course. Because of the lack of Xbox players in Elite, I am polling the members on what they would like to see as other options or leave it as is.
Tuesday - Wednesday
Two rounds of the current weeks Kinetic Course. This event is created using the tees for rounds three and four, so our Kinetic members that make the cut can practice that course midweek. This was done based on member request.
There is no entry fee, no green fee because its practice rounds and people shouldn't have to pay $100 coins if they only want to practice the front nine or only want to play one round. However, thanks to a couple donations, I have been adding Bonus coins to each tourney for those players that do want to play for coins. As long as the donations keep coming, I will continue to do that.
This society is my focus. So, it's important to me that members are heard and the society meets there needs. We've had numerous society members say it has helped them a lot.
Come Join - Just search Practice.

Thanks for keeping the society going. I just found it and I enjoy stepping in a playing a practice round to get my tempo grooved on any course before I tee it up in TGC event or another society.

Change of Society Name. Now it's just:
The TGC Practice Site
Nothing else has changed. Come give it a test drive. It really helps especially over the long run. And it's the largest Practice site on Xbox. So you gat an idea how your practice scores stack up against other Xbox players.

Am liking the “warm up rounds” with the settings.
Nice, although it didn’t help in my TGC round 1 this week, with slow tempo causing me to take a triple on a par 3 on the front (water twice) and a double on a par 3 on the back nine (water once).
Had better tempo in round 2 and made a comeback though.
Maybe I need to play 2 warm up rounds, instead of the one.
