Hi Leon if you don't mind me asking what kind of a gaming laptop did you get? As I've been looking for the past few years lol as soon as something new comes out it's past it's sale date lol. Hi Ernie, I purchased a Asus Rog Strix G512LW-AZ003T It has a Intel® Core™ i7-10750H Processor 2.6 GHz (12M Cache, up to 5.0 GHz, 6 cores), NVIDIA® GeForce RTX™ 2070 8GB GDDR6 and 15.6 inch display with 240hz refresh rate. I decided to upgrade to 32Gb of Ram and added another 512Gb SSD storage. I'm very happy with it but my bank balance took a hammering, lol. Thanks Leon I was looking at the new Asus ROG Strix 17inch with AMD Ryzen too many choices but they are expensive. |

The BBTKO Rd 1 SkyBlueBen E I need to make a mental note to myself, just because I see other people call a course easy, doesn't mean it will be easy for me. Though that being said, after being able to get my feet grounded after a couple bogeys at the start, par was pretty much automatic, which is good. My FIR was 90+, as well. So I guess I can't say I did poorly. The greens didn't move as much as I thought they did, besides huge bounces on initial approaches. I also sent it in to the water (some how) on the 16th on my second shot. I may have not checked the angle...my first non-fairway drive... But at the very end, I got back to back birdies to pick up my E score. Let's shoot for -1 next time.  |

The BBTKO Rd 2 SkyBlueBen -3 I should be happy with minus three, I should... But that damn 18th hole screwed me over... (Or i might have bunkered it, had a poor approach and two bad putts) But it screwed me I say!  |

SkyBlueBen More fun in the sun - that's my best total in yonks. dave69 won't have too much trouble chasing final round -12 on that course but the wind was high so he might have the odd nervous moment.

Well here's a rare sight in News From Other Tours. Even though I completely screwed up Round 1 here (blame firmly put on switching from Master to Pro, I struggle with the change every time) I've managed to be leading a Tour (CC-F) for the first time ever! Hey, it's early days and I know the only way is down (yep, I know what the next 3 rounds scored!) but I'll take my 5 minutes of TGCT fame....  |
