Art Vandelay WutpaAll rounds 4th Round High winds is my enemy. Once in 4 rounds is enough for me.. Twice is the destroyer. I hope to get better as time goes on, but I could get worse!! Great 3rd round Carol 👏 Everyone is scoring well except me 😡

Pub crawl R3 & 4
I improved on the final 2 rounds. On the last one, took Paul Harveydog500 with me as we were opposed in match play, and it was a lot tighter than our respective scores would suggest.I was 4 down after 6 holes, starting to seriously worry, when the grind back started
Well done Casuals, we put up a good fight :-)

i have a question not yet had it myself but curious
what would you do if example 134 greens
now lets say i have a 140ft putt 1ft uphill ?
would you putt it knowing it would be short (so 2 putt it)
or would you chip it just to try to get close
reason i ask is you know how we all despise chipping on green unless impossible to see a line without fringe/rough in the way

Although good luck trying to get it there even with a chip from that distance. A flop, maybe...

Season 8, Kinetic Energy/Pub Crawl Week 1, Round 3 Took the ghost of my Tier 4 oppo Spenny Longkowski jg24kl, who like myself, tried hard to make a mess of things. Good news: I out-birdied Spenny 9 to 6 Bad news: I out double-bogeyed him 2-0, and got out-eagled 1-0. Consecutive sub-par rounds on Kinetic, so can’t complain, and kept it relatively close for my ursine partner BearIn the end, Art Vandelay, the lesson here is you cannot hit water on par 3 tee shots. Ever. Round 3: -3 Time to match it up against the Spenst!

Love a long putt feeling. If however the breaks are ridiculous and the distance reg allows I'll pop a little chip in for a hopeful tap in.

A chip would do it I’ve chipped from over 40 yards away even up hill with an 8 iron I think and got it past the hole. Edit: I would probably get it closer with a chip than a flop shot.
