Pub Crawl @ Rock, Paper and Scissors PointArt Vandelay Sometimes when one's PC is too old and too tired to keep up with the demands demanded by the application then the game becomes easier. One already knows upfront that the swing won't register as straight (ish), nor will it be a perfect. That leaves one with either fast - left or right, or slow - left or right. A 75% chance of success if one wants/needs to avoid a certain area. Only time i was able to hit my 60 fps limit set was on the black transition screens between holes. Fast forward to the 2nd in round 4. Risking the shorter approach by hoping to hit the flat part between the clump of trees and the water is guaranteed - only on not hitting it slow and right. That be screwed with a capital F. Golfing gods - being cynical and heartless - granted me the 25% i needed to avoid. Will be watching the cricket in a standing position later today. Just one of those days - usually a golf tourney a mix of taking the good with the bad. There was no good in 72 holes of playing. Hang in there Croc π

One for the Rocky Road @ Hanging on for dear life RossArt Vandelay Ugh, nice course provided the tempo holds. Perhaps the Wolverine better suited for racing games now, dunno. Maybe the G29 could steer the ball?

Have had my Club Championships over the last 2 weekends. 4 rounds of golf IRL is getting to be a struggle for this old man. Even now I've blown out to B Grade π€£. In a case of never giving up. I came from being 11 strokes behind after Day 3 as can be seen from this. (Yes I'm known as Rossco over here in Tasmania π.) Thought I might manage a runner up finish, and then this is how the final day finished π€ Unbelievable. Thought I would share this with my favourite pixel golfing family. (That's me looking dapper in the green shirt, first time I've played golf in long pants, might have to do it more often π, maybe not. I love my shorts)

Pub CrawlSo looks like CC has become challenging (or I was simply crap!) Good course I thought, well set up (hope you listen to praise as well as criticism). Though I did get a bit miffed to land comfortably on the green one time only to find myself having to dig out the speedo's. My 3rd shot showed me what I should have done with my first though so my fault for not checking the green out properly. A game of fine margin's and what if's. Limped around like a wet fart when it really needed a full dump! GO RAIDERS!!! Onward!!! Just the two so far Art Vandelay. See how long I can resist finishing. Wouldn't give it past this evening myself

CCArt VandelayThis card is all over the place. OFTRIf it wasn't for the community of the Brew Crew I would be retiring from TGCTours. Can't keep up when I can't be bothered to play the game every day to keep my rhythm in a groove. Need to play an hour or two to just keep a decent skill level. The gameplay just isn't there when there are plenty of actual good games to play. Course itself is nice and think it's a great fit for CC. Much better than the -15 courses we play. I just wasn't in my zone at all. When I was on the tee of a hole and thinking "should I build trams or subways in my city" You know what is on my mind lol Apologies to my team. I was actually trying to play decent but lately I'm just struggling every week. Great back 9 in Round 4 Tim π

Great back 9 in Round 4 Tim π That eagle on 17 par 4 was a "what have I got to lose shot" Knowing I'm pulling most of not all shots to the left and the run off with no heavy rough to stop the ball I knew it was a risk. Aim way more right and just smashed it and managed to get close enough for an eagle chip. It very well could have ended in disaster and put my tee shot in the water but at this point it seemed pointless to play conservative. When in doubt, lash out they say lol
