Scored Stableford format over your best 9 holes. You get to choose your home course. Honour system in place. You get one shot at your round. Handicapped so everyone has a shooting chance. I'm not sure what happened or why it happened but I lost all my fittings, skills and settings. I think I'm finally back to all my original setups.

Looky, looky, only my 3 HIO on this game.
FYI, I had to chip on the green on hole 12 in the first round (see below). I managed to chip in for eagle  .

Art Vandelay Season of Ross - Week 3  Started out this week being shot out of a cannon and found myself -4 after 3 and it should’ve been -5 but a short putt didn’t break quite as I expected after driving the green.  It was clear I received my ticket to Birdiefest throughout the round as I raced out to a -11 opening round score.  I found the second round put up a bit more resistance but still posted a solid score. Tried my best to break the gawlf in round 3. Arguably should’ve started with 8 consecutive scoring shots but attempted to putt an opening hole short birdie with a dying controller battery and no feedback and hit it a bit too hard.  Difficult to “whine” about a -13 but after that fast start, I ended with 4 consecutive pars.  Round 4 was about like round 2. Had a couple of disappointing bogies on the back but overall a strong round for match play

Art Vandelay OFTR Week 3  Was quite the adjustment going from the slow, rather large CC greens right into the greens on this one. Had a lot of fun playing it though but would’ve liked to have scored more for the team but overall a solid round

Ben, did you happen to watch any of your Tennessee Titans play in London yesterday? Complete news to me Randy, was busy watching England Rugy in the World Cup (it's a competition open to many countries unlike the Baseball World Series you lot have  ). To be honest I'd sooner watch snails racing.....I've tried but can't hold my interest beyond Beyonce performing on stage!! Looked like fun then a load of blokes turned up with crash helmets on and started running about in all directions....  I would say though that I would go to see a live match in the US with proper fans not these plastic English lot you get on London. |
