I'm planning on getting my RUMble rounds played in the next 48 hours, but I need to give an advance heads up that I won't be able to play anything next week as I'll be away. I have a week's holiday booked, and I won't have access to my PC between Saturday 9th and Saturday 16th. I'm assuming that's when week 2 of the RUMble takes place, so I'll need a sub if one is available, or just give me the demotion I potentially would have earned if I'd been able to play anyway.  Sorry for the disruption though. Art VandelayUnfortunately Nigel we can’t sub so you’ll have to take your chances unless we can set you up with course/conditions in one of our other societies before you leave. Possible Art Vandelay inflames47 ? If not I’ve given you a sweetener in Round 4 this week with +2 to chase 🤣 Yes of course, that's silly of me - it's not a team event, so no subs. If anything can be done for me to play next week's rounds then that's great, but if not that's quite understandable and I entirely accept it. I play on a desktop PC and that won't be coming with us on holiday (as the PC's holiday will be not having me swearing at it for a week), so there is zero chance of me being able to play anything next week I'm afraid. I'll take my lumps with that one. |

R1 : -6 R2 : -1
Was pretty happy with the first round, but when I started the second one with a double bogey / birdie / double bogey, I got quite scared. Thanksfully I managed somehow to get back under par by the slightest of margin

W@arthurvandelay I needed a detective to figure out this course so I hired Benedict Stumble'at the Rumble'batch, he basically advised me there was no hope for me, but He tried to assure me it is basic math?  ?? Say what?  I responded quickly with no thought  He wasn't impressed or taking the broom closet bait.    !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
