OFTR Week 7 Art Vandelay Just couldn't get any eagle putts to drop. Clean card, but could have easily been more. Don't know how I can do this and then play terrible in the BOB Ryder Cup 🤬. Anyway.... AsYouBrew 4ever 🍻  |

Week 7 Round 3 or Horsing Around with the Beast Master zooby97Once again, Randy came out like a house afire, going -5 over the first five holes. I quickly realized that his wedding night must have been a real disappointment to Mrs. Zoob.  Meanwhile, my entire front nine was a disappointment if another sort.   Things kind of flip-flopped at the turn when Randy started up with the water sports once more.  While I played an almost clean back nine.  But through all of Randy’s offers to let me win, I just couldn’t manage to seal the deal, and it all blew up in the end, Art Vandelay.  Rd 3: -1  In the end, I can only blame Ernie.  |

Pub Crawl Round 3: -4 Pub Crawl Round 4: -5 Tonight was by far the worst golf I’ve played in a while. Actually, I played some great golf in the DS and Real Ale before these rounds…and great golf in True Sim after, but something happened in between and my tempo, my swing plane, my green reads, my putt weight…you name it, it wasn’t working. OFTR was even worse. I was lucky to score any points at all. Not my night my Bandit Brothers. Sorry for bringing the team down.  Art Vandelay R4  OFTR  |

Dub Sprawl Week 7 Round 4 or Play with Matches and You Will Get Spurned  The wonderful thing about match play is you’re never really out of it.  That is until you stop making birdies and Randy holes out from the rough and eagles and your approach on the makable par 5 finds water and Randy finally plays a dry round.  I wish to commend zooby97 on his excellent showing, Art Vandelay.   Mr. Zoob takes the match 3&2. Well played, Randy. You are a worthy opponent.  |

I have been fighting my way on it, as my dear old mouse died on me this week (might be the result of throwing it around after bad shots ...), and currently in the process of testing new ones, which gave me on this round (as well as on my last 2 cc rounds) a bit of herratic results. The Brew Crew Masters 2nd to 8th April 2023
The Cyder Cup 9th to 15th April 2023 (Usual mayhem but with new Captains and Teams).
Season 3 starts 16th April 2023 (commitment of 8 to 10 weeks)It's an early roll call mainly to gauge numbers for Season 3 but also to see who wishes to take part in the Cyder Cup which takes a fair bit of organising. Season 2 has been marred by drop out's mainly in the first few weeks. This causes a massive headache for Admin having to draft in new players, apply handicap's and generally causing unnecessary hassle. We are geared up to cover real life events, as we have had to do this season, but it's not fair on us just because a player is bored with the game or not playing well. So I would ask you all to consider whether you are prepared and are able to commit to the FULL SEASON. We are more than happy to drop to 32 players for Season 3 so don't feel like you have to return. If the game is no longer for you, and let's face it it's been a nightmare for some lately, please say, or maybe keep a place on the bench warm if that is your preference. If you are happy to commit to the full season we'd LOVE to have you back. Dave Bova Kian and Jason H jhandz92 have already let us know they will not be returning for Season 3. Welcome back anytime lads. Our group is centred around this thread and all current league players have been tagged so you need to respond to this message. I do not have time to chase people so if I get no response I will presume you are not returning.All I need at this stage is:- Cyder Cup IN or OUTSeason 3 IN or OUT
