Art VandelayOFTR Playing better on PC so dipped my toe in the water. Pleased with the result, but as my old maths teacher used to say, could do better..

Designers Showcaseinflames47Relaxing Sunday morning playing another lovely selection from the DS Team. Not sure why CC are playing a HB/2K course when there is so much good stuff out there to choose from. I get it with certain Tours where they are trying to mirror the PGA Tour but not in CC where they have an opportunity to showcase the great designers we have in our community.

I'd guess it being hb made it's so bad that it has to be regarded as fictional! How to **** did the scheduler decide to play this crap, it's one of 32 official courses I don't want to play. Is Q just a lazy scheduler? What is wrong with TPC Scottsdale? I love this course. I want to thank the scheduler for putting it into the mix. Thank You, Lazy Scheduler!! |

And while we're at it why is the selection in the Pro Shop so crap. 2K19 was far and away better than the dross that is on offer nowadays. Fancied donning a Colombia kit for Tyler's Baseball comp. Not a chance. Yeah, I get what your golfer wears doesn't make a crap of difference but FFS allow us some individuality. It can't be that difficult to allow you to choose colours at least for the HB/2K tat. Pointless rant over  Roll on EA. It better be good!!! |

Pub Crawl @ Classic DaysDid not look forward to today's grind at old news corner. That being said, i made a few putts for a change which was good for a change. Putted an 8 footer for bird off the green on the 1st hole of round 2 which lead to my only bogey for the day, but all in all a few fist pump holes made the 4 rounds a pleasure to play. Need 1 green tick for promotion to cc-c, hopefully this will be good enough. Art Vandelay Fingers crossed Croccy. You've been on fire lately and certainly should be on the up with that. |

I enjoy the Official Courses. I like them Sorry. I bought everything I pretty much want in the Pro Shop as well. Thanks to 3 clicking in High Roller 3 Hole Skins. Thanks to the Randoms who enjoy playing that for some reason  And those modes are always official courses. |

Heck, I even played 4 rounds of this crazy Pro Stuff on 3 Click just to get the Hat. I don't particularly like the T-Shirt or Polo but I do like TPC Sawgrass. Finished tied for 11th but I'm sure that will get pushed down a bit before the deadline. First time I ever scored 18 under in this game on any mode. That 11 under back nine was glorious!  |

I log into the golf to check the pro shop to see if they have this shirt in there  But what really burns my banana is I saw screenshot of Carol's a week or so ago and she was wearing one. Guess they released them for the female character. Or it happened to be a RARE day that I missed logging in. Yet every time I look at the pro shop, its the same old sad sh%$. Some with the checkmark that I already own it. CC Course discussion. Yeah it's kind of sad to see them use an official course on the tour. This place always had an unwritten rule to not use them, that there are much better community designed courses out there. Like there must be a user created version of Scottsdale out there. I don't actually mind the official one though, always kind of liked it. But not sure I'm going to be into 4 rounds of it on Huggies settings though. At least he tried a bit though. Scottsdale Desert Classic is at least on a proper course. Not like Vietnam Open in Utah. Would have been funny to have the Scottsdale Desert Classic in Vietnam though |

TimBThey’ve never bothered in the past to line up courses with tournament names so why now with a course that’s been played to death in career grind. Yep, it’s OK but I want to see something different when I fire up CC.

Ok but I mean if you are going to play ranked anything and it seems to be all the rage right now, you are forced into Official Courses. I like the feel of realism that an official course gives me. Even if the course isn't mapped out correctly or has all sorts of advertisements blocking everything, I still enjoy an official course. Not that I don't like user created ones, because I do but some of those fictional/fantasy courses downright piss me the F off I played Links LS for a good 6 years online and 10 years or so total. Most of those courses were official or real life recreations so I guess that just stuck with me. And I remember playing all the different PGA versions of Video Game Golf and they didn't even have a "course designer". |

I feel the same, it just bores me to death to have to play 4 rounds on a course I've played over and over. And on easy mode settings. Not into it at all. On a side note. Oceanic Club (or whatever it was called) took a lot of heat in the past games/seasons for being used more than once. I liked the course, would like to see it on the tour here if it has been ported. Guess I should go play some golf now and get it over with. |
