The Bew Crew Real AleA beauty of a track from paddyjk19 Thoroughly enjoyed my round and the kind of course I could keep coming back to time and time again. Found my form after yesterday's CC shambles. Hopefully that was just a temporary dip. Sporting the Rum Raiders colours for Season 2.....

My rounds over at Designer's Showcase Decided to add my hubby deathstar as Ghost I guess he can go beat something else since I took him down   It is not often (like never) you will see me on top of a leaderboard . Still 2 rounds to go and probably end up in last place as always   |

When I saw you pop onto leaderboard I figured my -6 would never hold! Had a proper mess of a day yesterday. Even managed to screw up the 1st Round of Designer Showcase. Think I got to the bottom of the issue though. Played well sine the Wolverine and I think I got a little over relaxed with it and took my eye off the ball. Went back to basics at West Hill this morning and everything was fine again. Overswinging. Kills my game. That's the beauty of DS and RA. A few rounds, on great courses, all set up for you, in a relaxed environment. Great places to iron out the wrinkles. Already gagging for Wednesday for my next DS/RA fix!!  |

Brew Crew Rd 2 even Nearly made under par , but thinking that I had changed the shot to a flop and then hitting a pitch meant I sailed over the green and went chunky dipping on one of the last holes. Art Vandelay |

So I cannot believe this happens to me, I was having a very decent round -7 until the 16th hole.. splash down 2x on a par 3 Inevitable.. then a bogey on 18th and come in with a -2 . Everything was my fault game running smoothly. Just a bad choice of club a little wayward so thought was right choice, just hit it better which I did, but trickled off the edge into water. Sorry to my pard billybudd0623 for a complete screw up. Almost came in with a decent round. What a disappointment.  Art Vandelay |

Art Vandelay In true SkyBlueBen fashion, completed everything on a Sunday sesh! Mix of emotions, some rounds I was enjoying, some I wasn't. Had issues throughout the day with tempo. Early doors could not for the life of me get away from fasts. (CC+ Kinetic rounds). Came back in the evening to polish off the designer and OFTR and was fighting with the 'normal' slow (which I am happy to fight). End of the day, actually quite glad this week is over. Left a few out there on CC. Kinetic well not even going to go there....Designer, one of most enjoyable 3 rounds, I have had for a while. OFTR had the golfing gods on my side with some lucky hole outs but after the day I had, will definitely take them.

lul, oh no I just let them fly. Truth be told I don't really know how to turn the turn order on but I think I seen someone do it in settings. If I had to watch them all swing I would never do it lol as you know it would increase the round time by 4 I'm guessing. I still had tension in my hands this round and they were shaking slightly around hole 14 thru 18. Funny how TGC rounds gets the nerves and heart pumping. It's really odd since TGC Leaderboards mean nothing but on the other hand they mean everything. The Ghost Balls kind of helped me focus a little bit but still unsure if I like playing with ghosts or not. Sometimes they bothered my eyesight and flow as I like to play fast. You know... like Ricky Bobby! I love playing with a ghost. Slows the tempo down a bit so it doesn’t feel like speed golf. One ghost max though. Takes me about 40 minutes per round with a ghost with turn order on. It’s right in the pause menu settings. In my CC rounds I always play with a ghost. I usually pick a Plat player but I don’t worry about turn order. I just let them fly..And a plat ghost Is good if you have not played any practice round as you can see their drives as they know where to hit the ball as some fairways are split or they take some short cuts by cutting some corners that I would have not tried…I’ll just follow them on that 1st round. It also does slow me down a bit as I do watch their shots but I finish my rounds in 30-35 min or so. I remember my first season playing in the TGC Tours and it took me over an hour to play a round. I also always use 3 plat players when playing TST as you can see their putts and the breaks. |

A bit of an exploit but IMO it is fair game as anyone can do it. Thanks for the advice. Very Helpful. PS... I like to practice and scout each round of TST before I do it officially. Sort of helps my role play and I have the time and enjoy mapping out the course. The problem is that I enjoy playing and tend to play too fast and forget about my yardage and green book. I get too entranced by the game and just playing it. |

It’s right in the pause menu settings. Great Advice but I'm way too Obsessive Compulsive and too high strung to wait for ghosts to take their shots. Appreciate the information though!! GL in True Sim this week! You don’t need to even wait if you have the turn order off. When you get to the tee you will already see their shots in mid air and their ball will disappear a few sec after landing. They are always ahead of your shot unless they are on a penalty but it doesn’t slow your tempo of playing as their ball will eventually hit the green as you don’t even see their shot if they are on a penalty. |
