Nice course to start the day. I confessed I played with an aviator grey ball to mitigate a bit the green speed (7.9 is a bit fast for me  ). At the end, sunk an 11 m put for birdie to finish the round under par, which is quite unusual for me, as putting is definitively not my strong suit atm.

Putting killed me on this round, with 32 puts on the round, a 3 put bogey within 5 m, and like 5 or 6 missed puts within 1 to 2 m. The good news, can't really get worse than that, the only way is up . Sorry about that team.
Thanks! 7.9 would be good with default ball on this course ... I did some testing before republish, but all greens are now steeper than they were in the designer. It happens frequently with Highland course |

I practised the course some times but from the back tees. Couldn't get one single birdie there. Now, when I saw I could play a good round, I started to panic and I must say I played the most horrible last 9 ever in 2K23. The result is not that bad because I had a lot of luck (totally missed chip at the last, very very slow ended in a rolling ball for a par, wtf!)

I found a straggler just sitting on the 1st tee. He had some clubs so I picked him up for a round.
A fun course but if you missed on some shots you paid the price.

inflames47TBC Designer Showcase @ Eric's Insane Island Not a lot I can say for the way I played. I started with a bogey when the birdie putt went ambling off into the distance, had a magnificent 34 uphill curving putt hole out for a double bogey. It appear to not matter where I aimed the game wanted me to practice in the heavy rough, in the bunker or watch my putt go on a worldwide cruise. Just one of those rounds.

Sean ( prowse00) and anyone else interested the following were the default green speeds on the main TGCTours this week and the way I played on them with default ball. Platinum R1 186 +9, R2 143 +1, R3 186 +12, R4 155 +4 getting to the greens wasn't too bad, but some of the greens were impossible to hold with the default ball 4 round total +26 Elite R1 155 +2, R2 164 +3, R3 164 +5, R4 155 +14 this was a Aussie style massive greenside bunker cut into the grrens course which I played the latter rounds after the update and got into a lot of trouble trying to get out of those bunkers 4 round total +24 Kinetic R1 154 -1, R2 134 -5, R3 154 -1, R4 154 -5 this course was more about keeping control of your tee and approach shots because of the water being all over, the greens were, in general, on the easy side I just need to be a better putter 4 round total -12 I'll not report on the Challenege as you all played it though my scoring was crap R1 E, R2 -1, R3 +4, R4 -4 4 round total -1 personally felt the conditions were a bit lame and put me to sleep, but also it appeared I got most of my wonky shots on this course this week. |

Bit forgetful this week and forgot to screenshot my BC round +4 and my 4th CC round -2 Old age is starting to set in 🤣🤣🤣 Better late than never Art Vandelay and SkyBlueBen   |
