Thought I'd give the legendary flight ball a go at Sawgrass and report how it went. Didn't make any difference whatsoever to my Driver yardage or any other club for that matter. I backed out and it definitely had that ball ticked and loaded and it was showing 2 left out of the sleeve of 3. Not sure what's going on? Any other Playstation players had any experience with using the non-default balls? Did you definitely use the Aviator Pete? What Power level are your clubs at? I wonder whether if you are already at 100 power it won't give you any more? |

Snakebite at SawgrassArt VandelayDefault ball. Analog. What a fcuk up! Struggled in Round 1 but to be fair I haven't played much Master level. The speedo's got a good run out. Round 2 was a different story. Got in the groove and was heading for my first Master level break par. Enter the 17th. First shot water. Second shot, pissed off level up a notch, water. Third shot, mood at rage level, water! Took the stroke limit. Round destroyed. Totally my fault. Should have stayed calm. Saw enough to convince me that Master is the way to go. When I was about 6 under at one stage in the 2nd Round I really felt I'd earned it. Sorry but won't be playing the Pro side. Done enough Pro on the grind to know it's pretty boring. Need to concentrate on improving at Master level, playing more Pro will be detrimental to my progress.

It would have helped me out a bit possibly on the 17th but not being a proper golfer I have no idea what the rule is!! 🤣 |

It would have helped me out a bit possibly on the 17th but not being a proper golfer I have no idea what the rule is!! 🤣 I don't think that being placed the other side of the water that you just rolled is right, normally I get thrown into some rough behind trees. Some times it feels like you're being punished twice, or royally shafted. Like you Ben, I don't know the rules, but I pretty sure the drops aren't right. Time to Google drop rules. |

IGolfBad I found that video elsewhere plus he has a chipping one and a good review of the archetypes too. I've now changed from Greensman to Rhythm and I spent some time in the practice area to try to understand what the hell is going on and let my old neurons [Ed: Don't you mean cogs?] try to rewire themselves. I don't mind not breaking par but can't stand taking 6-7 shots to get up and down from around the green. Let's see how I go this week ... Keep your head up Ken. I was the world worst partial shot player. My jail card in the old game was the splash shot. I got it down now. Now around the greens I don’t just accept the bogey…I’m also skipping the flop shots for the partials at 40 yards now. Just practice the chips from 25 and do it as a full shot. Then bring back the marker for each yard and work on that partial. |

Will check everything when I get home OK definitely selected Aviator LV1 Pack with flight attribute of 95. None of my clubs are over 80 power. Wonder if this is a bug? |

TBCDS Bac Son Valley +5 I'll take this as an improvement as the last time I played here was in 2K21 and scored something like +10 with pro clubs. Got lost in some of the paddy fields and couldn't see myself in the tall rice ,at least someone hadn't watered them . inflames47 Still using default balls. |

I do have a question as cant find it/not tried it
how do i play as the pros or do i have to have the early access editions to play them no worries if thats the case as only thought of it today
