Just shot my first under par round on master difficulty in the career mode -2 birdied the last to beat a certain Mr Woods. Wooo go me 🤣 Once I find my archetype then I’ll just keep it at masters all of the time. I’m still testing a lot. I'm playing career on masters settings, but put career on easy so I have fighting chance, made the cut most times. Green speed and wind always the same, wouldn't mind if it was mixed up abit. |

Just in case anyone was wondering, a GTX 650 cannot play this game, even at lowest settings and screen resolution turned way down, without turning the game into what looks like a Sega Megadrive slideshow. I gave up after around 30 minutes of tweaking with in-game settings and even playing a round with tempo off; never had tempo off, going all the way back to TGC 2019! Needless to say, my career rival Rickie Fowler was less than impressed with the sheer cheek of it.
After that little experiment, I'm rather looking forward to what tomorrow and the new rig brings. I figured it would be a good fit. Hope you enjoy the new rig! |

So I sent 1500 Viet Cong to their deaths today all in the name of trying to max my skill points to suit my play style 3 resets. Only two screens as two were nearly the same 1'st with the level 7's one point each for driver, wood, iron, wedge, putter maxed Spraying it all over worse than a skunk with this one. I tried one point in each of the L7's and it really didnt work for me. edit, wrong screenshot proper one now  This one *below* seems fairly decent and I get the distance boosts from my driver and maxed putter for my put path. I'm not convinced that level 7's stack. Kept my irons and wedges on one point on slot 7 for the transition. Seems to have more impact the transition here than timing. Not bothering with putt roll and weight as I don't seem to struggle that much with my putting anyway. Except where my path is to the right of center. Also. I took a couple screens of my driver off the tee. Level 7 one point compared to 3 points. The grey miss area for tempo/timing is bigger *by a bit* with all three points in there. This is better for me as I rarely ever see perfect. Same with woods.  Think I'm going to roll with this setup for a while. |

I’m just approaching Level 30, ugh. Work and the wife get in the way. My kid just grinds on his stupid games so he doesn’t bother me, lol No fittings in society only career and local matches I thought I saw Himo playing a society and picking up a fittings? Or maybe he missed it when he was playing career. |

No fittings in society only career and local matches I thought I saw Himo playing a society and picking up a fittings? Or maybe he missed it when he was playing career. I hope that is true but I've yet to pick anything up in 15-20 rounds of society play. |

Welll ……. That’s interesting on several fronts
I deleted saved games from my Xbox and the sound seems to have returned.
BUT …… it also reset all my skill points , so I have 18 to respend.
Also …. Just fired on with my round without spending any and shot my best score yet -4
My head is fried 🤣

I hope that is true but I've yet to pick anything up in 15-20 rounds of society play. According to the chat on page 358 of Band of Brothers you do receive fittings and other rewards after society play but there is no screen at the end of your round to tell you what you've won, they just appear in your locker. I will do a before and after audit of my locker when I play a society round later. |

Just played R2 of Elite and after the round I got 925 XP and I checked my locker/fittings and I found a new Uncommon fitting there!
The 155 greens in Elite were silky smooth - so much better than the slow ones in career mode.
