Had one stupid tempo where my drive went 50 yards. Otherwise, it was all my usual bad play.
Question for you guys shooting -12 and better every round, ignoring the fact that at one stage I used to be disappointed with -12 for a round: do you ever get tempo where the ball goes 50 yards sideways? I'm just curious.

As a mouser I too have been subject to occasional random super slow/super fast tee shots, but then again I am not of the -12 and better every round variety. I just chalk those swings up to rushing or lack of focus (the game is on in the background, TBF) and I try harder next time. Onward! |

It just comes out of nowhere. |

Are you a mouse player or controller Mouse and keyboard, Les. That's the way I've always played the game. I couldn’t remember mate I am 70 and older than dirt. I’m just thinking could it be in your mouse setting like resolution or whatever it’s called. I tried this game on Xbox with a non standard Xbox controller ( not the wolverine) you can change the frequency that it talk to the Xbox up to a through 250, 500 and a 1000hz as I changed up the swing got more unreliable and I found I couldn’t swing down as easy. That to me shows the game on Xbox was designed to use the Xbox standard controllers that run at 125hz. I’m just thinking maybe if your setting were to high that might cause it. I have tried playing this game on my laptop with mouse/keyboard and I was ok but the swing was very inconsistent. |

We used to get strange results on Xbox with shots like that coming out of nowhere and I put it down to issues with the wireless connectivity between controller and Xbox. Most homes theses days have loads of wireless signals going round the house could it be cross contamination with the signals.
Are you using a wireless mouse or wired?

Nothing makes any difference for mousers, Les. There have been random shot results for us in every version of the game no matter what you try to do. I have had the tee topped shot 3 or 4 times at both legend and master difficulties in this version of the game, but never saw it in previous versions. As I have said many times before the big fasts and big slows come out of nowhere, it is like the game says oy you had your share of good shots and now I'm going to give you a few bad ones just for the shear hell of it, which makes it frustrating and I'm sure Chris and Art agree. |

what can i say did an oopsie on 3rd rd by being a din & forgetting to screenshot was 4th rd before i realised,
so knew i had to do a quick 5 min round by ghosting so that was frustrating to do (ghosted after all others completed).
anyway got all done a day early for a change as got kinetic 2 rds to do tomorrow
