Another hurricane coming but this time we are in the bullseye I’m going to do my best to play my 9 rounds of Brew Crew and the Hockey League. Storm is coming Wed so i should be able to complete. My area has not had a direct hit in over 100 years, people are nervous and we are hurricane experienced. I also anticipate losing power and wifi yet again. i just don’t know when it would be restored as it all depends on landfall which is happening On Wed….I might need a sub for next week but i’ll keep the updates. Where are you geographically ? This last hurricane has devastated NC , please be safe ! |

Egypt @ Second RunArt Vandelay Wutpa No flies this time? Maybe just my pc taking a Sunday nap and rendering a few pixels less in this round, or maybe the first round showcased the Khamsin winds? If the latter, then that's next level realism. Up fly of the round was the par 4 8th - i aimed for and actually hit the cart path hoping to get lucky as a fly in Egypt and have the ball somehow trickle down onto the putting surface. My luck crashed just when it looked soooo good. Lying on an 80% downslope looking at a runaway green i was dead in the water, alas my impossible chip slammed into the flag stick like a fly hits the crapper. If ever i wished i had recorded a round live, this would been the hole i'd have wanted.

OFTRArt Vandelay Wutpa Nestled cosily between two ugly bogeys lies a sweet, sweet par 3 eagle. Note to yet to play players... rice paddy = water. Visually this was an absolute treat.

Bit of a limp start followed by a little better 2nd round. Off the pace though I'm afraid fellow Raiders...  One For The RoadReasonably happy with this on a course that's proper interesting but one I rarely do well on. Plenty of traps to fall into, avoided most...  I'll be back...

Art Vandelay WutpaDropped 3 shots on the drivable 4 in the 2nd round. I was having a good round -7 thru the front 9, wheels came off after that.
