Did you enjoy doing your homework at school? I used to hate doing my homework at school, but now that has changed.

Wish I got a degree in accounting instead of psychology or both. It's a fine line between paying someone to tell you are stupid and they are smart.
But if I could go way back would have learned trading. It's a art to understand charts .

Accounting is gangster, I am a proud graduate of accounting and have loved every moment of it. 95% of the time you work independently and are not reliant on collaborating with morons to accomplish a given task or goal. Plus the pay is pretty damn sexy as well

I HATED Homework and I mean HATED homework until 9th grade. Up until high school, I was lazy and could not concentrate for any crap whatsoever. , A week before I started 9th grade, in my district 9th grade is your 1st year of high school, my father sat me down for 3-4 hours in his den explaining to me story after story about how students who hated homework actually had to work longer in their career because if they were working at a fast food chain or retailer their whole career, they'd have to have a longer duration of career in order to earn enough to retire. Although I was pissed initially that he had wasted my Saturday afternoon to where I couldn't play golf, that evening I sat in bed thinking holy sh%$ he might be on to something. When school started the following week, I made a conscious effort to do my homework for the week and try to get ahead if I could on future assignments. 1st quarter report card I had only 1 B in history and straight A's in my other classes. I finished that year with straight A's. That B in history in October turned into an A in December and stayed that way. After that, throughout high school and college I never got less than an A in any class.
Long story short, listen to your parents. It might sting at first, but the wisdom attained is invaluable and turned a lazy piece of crap who was a D student in 7th and 8th grade into class valedictorian of his high school four years later. My father believed in my ability even more so than I did which is why he pushed me and now I thank him quite often because without his guidance I would have never become a CFO at age 24 and instead would be doing lord knows what.

Always hated homework. I was the type that tried to figure out the least amount of effort I needed to get a good grade. Never cheated or anything like that, but a lot of BSing

Real life I have been able to have some success but it has required a lot of homework and a lot of misery. My homework lately is option trading. My goal is to go to it full time. Great thing about life if you put the time in you can do almost anything.

A flat tax makes so much sense. It’s fair and proportional for everyone. Wouldn’t the gov’t get more money that way?
