Registration disappeared

Hi could anybody help,

A friend of mine is registered on the Champs Tour A, unfortunately he is not great with computers so I do all the registering for him, I registered him for this weeks tournament but when he went to submit his scores it says he is not registered is there anyway around this.


He was definitely registered when we checked last week.

Ensure he is logged into the forum site, can only enter scores etc if you are logged in.

He is logged in.

When we try to submit a score it says he is not registered,yet when we checked before the start of the tournament he was registered .

There is nothing in the system that would remove a player from the registration unless someone clicked on the Withdraw link to pull them out. Are you sure you registered for the correct tournament?

From our rules:

It is the responsibility of the player to ensure that you have registered for an event. You must check that you are in the player field after registering. You should also see a Withdraw link on the Upcoming Events and on the Tournament pages for that event when successfully registered for an event. Report any issues prior to the registration deadline passing to [e-mail]. Anyone that claims they registered but are no longer in the field, and does so after the deadline, will have to provide proof that they had been registered.
