EPSG HELP: University Ridge **Solved**

found some EPSG codes for Wisconsin but can't seem to get any to line up to the course

any help is very appreciated!



- the ftp site only seems to have one metadata file per dataset is that ok?

when running the tool it does extract a epsg from the files, but it doesnt look right either (hence the need for manual)

I found this site 
www.spatialreference.org/ref/?search=Wisconsin
and i plugged in all the south and central WI EPSGs there.. no luck...

Update: Found this line in a metadata file in a different dataset in same ftp

lidar data for same area Dane

<ldrcrs>NAD83(2011) / Dane County (ftUS) (EPSG Code: 7599)</ldrcrs>

going to try that!

found new dataset for the county with embedded EPSG

but the tileset (how to know which files to download) are in DBG, SHX, PRJ formats!

if i download them all its a HUGE amount of data - what is the max #las files/size the the tool can handle?

I think I figured out the EPSG and BOOM - sh%$ looks good.

hesitate to call victory... but dang i can see holes!
