Itβs the CCA issue all over again.... donβt want to be too good or I have to move up and be sh%$. Canβt control how people perceive their own gameplay. The admins have to just set it up as they see fit and at some point people have to deal with it or beer it up.
The admins here have done wonders here.

This is the way it is. I spent all year last year getting demotion marks and being just good enough to clear them and stay on the tour. The only real reward was to play in the Majors and special WGC events which no other tour got to play. Oh and I got the last spot on the President's cup. Sadly after a while it is hard to get excited to be playing just to make the cuts knowing you are 20 shots or more behind the top scorers, tho the occasional time you make a top 15 and are happy for a week, thinking you might have turned some corner only to see you are still in a hall of mirrors.

I have a friend who's looking like he's going to end up near the bottom of Platinum. Seems like that's about the worst place you can end up because he's not ever going to have a chance to win, but I guess that's the downside of making it to the top tour! I'll be perfectly content ending up in a tour with players around my skill somewhere in CC. Has there ever been any consideration for grouping the top top of the bunch players into their own "super platinum" type tour? Seems like it really sucks if you're good enough for platinum and can't go out there and shoot -12 to -15 every round. I briefly played TGCTours back in TGC2 so I'm not too familiar with how this all works. I would imagine the same four or five guys win every tournament on the former PGA, right? This has always been a challenge... but I think there are a few positives. As Ron mentioned, playing in the special events - especially those that mirror majors. I think another is you earn far more WGR points, our version of the world golf ranking. To say you are top100 in a competitive game where 3,000 (or more) are attempting to play isn't all bad, is it? Maybe it is... Sorry that's all I got.

-1,+3,-2,-1 for a -1 total. Consistent I guess. Last rd was a tale of 2 nines. +6 first 9 with 7 straight bogeys. 7 bogeys all were gir and 1 ugir. 6 3putts and 1 4putt. Smh. Didn't give up and shot -7. Made some putts!!! Who new. Lost at least 20 strokes due to putting over 4 red. That's probably being conservative. Tee to green is comfortable with me in the fast lane. The putting is solo different than any golf game I've played. Outstanding shooting up top. I will get it, but it will be a long haul on the cc circuit if I get that. The evangelist, have to stay focused and stay away from big numbers and IMPROVE MY DANG PUTTING

-1, +1, -1, +5. My fault for rushing the last round, gave up 3 shots easily. 6 bogeys and 1 double bogey on final round, really bummed me out.

Second sent me back to reality. 3 bogies, a double, 7 birdies, 2 eagles. Putted horribly. Just didn't execute much of anything. Bogey on a 5 par is laughable, but I'm known for it! Sitting at -19 thru 2! ππ

Went ahead and finished up so I can go back to BL3! Sounds 1 and 4 were amazing. Rounds 2 and 3 were meh. -27 for rounds 1 and 4. -12 for rounds 2 and 3. Yikes. Anyway, more than thrilled with my 4 round total of -39! A couple on boneheaded plays and putts hurt in my middle 2 rounds, but that's golf. Bring on next week! I think I squeezed by bassman70 , so all is as it should be! ππ ππ Edit: He ain't played his last! ππ I went for -43...if it says less than that, I'm confused.

Nah, Albert. I was high when I finished. ππ I honestly couldn't believe I broke -30. I'm still blown away by how fun the game is! bassman70

-43 is great shooting. I can only dream about that scoring until I get some confidence with the flat blade
