I'm a little confused reading the weather report. When it lists the tees being used, are they in order or not (I'm guessing not)? And the course conditions...is each column a round set-up, but not necessarily in order - ie, column one all goes together, but isn't necessarily rd 1? Edit: and does the order the tees are go with the course conditions column? The columns are listed alphabetically and do not indicate order of when you'd see them - just that at some point you would see them. For the tees - looks like they are just listed front to back - red being the furthest forward tee and black being the furthest back. So, we won't know when we'll see the red tees - but I would venture a guess that the red tees will carry with it High winds likely from the EAST as that would mean more headwinds to counter the shorter distances.. but this is just my guess... EDIT: Looking at it again - the tees are not listed in front to back order - so really don't know the significance - I would be surprised if the rounds were in that order TBH..

Weather report lists the tees White, Blue, Red, Black. This is neither front to back nor alphabetical. I can only assume it’s the order in which they will be played. Edit: I failed to read your entire post, my bad.

Was +25 going into the final round, re-calibrated my swing before the final round and shot a 69 finishing up with a +22. Hoping they expand the tours or I won't be earning my tour card lol

It will be interesting to see how the scores stack up in the 2nd leg of Q..

Doyley has stated that the tees listed for Evangelist are, indeed, listed in the order in which they will appear.

Hoping they expand the tours or I won't be earning my tour card lol Similar for me, +17 after round 4. I sit at 1735. Much lower scoring across the board than I expected. I’ll see how I stand after final results post this weekend to decide if it’s worth continuing. This game has really cut into my time playing other games. I enjoy this game, but it’s looking like TGCTours has moved to a level beyond my ability. I don’t see the benefit of playing Beer League at lower difficulty to try to qualify and play at higher difficulty I struggle with. The Beer League leaderboard is as I figured, players pushing -40 at the top, so not any balanced competition there.

Look at yaters kicking tail and taking names on XBox thru 3 rounds! A broken clock is correct twice a day Bob. I am well back on the Xbox leaderboard, but I think I have a decent shot at one of the Pro tours. My goal was -24 for the entire 8 rounds. The wheels fell off in round 4 for me. Not looking forward to the next course with my crazy swing/tempo.

So far my favourite fake name is Eggbert Nobacon His brother Danbert is in the Beer League pissing the night away, I'm sure he'll get knocked down but get up again.

Are people not seeing the circled in pic above? Or just not reading it - don't know if it needs to be fixed or not.

It's there. People are not reading it (including me, but I remember this being discussed earlier on this forum).

Huh, I'll give it a shot. One of my monitors is G-Sync and the other is freesync, and I was playing on the G-sync monitor this time (with G-sync enabled for the game as well) so that conflict in the game settings could very well be the issue. Thanks for the advice!
Edit: Just did a quick round on next week's course and the game was actually running smoothly for the first time even at 144 Hz. Seriously, thanks a lot for pointing that out!
No worries. This is something that falls under the radar that a lot of people don't know about, that absolutely can make the game unplayable or at the very least, mess up you tempo from time to time.

Played Round 1 and it was an anomaly for sure!
Have been playing BL3 a bunch and not practicing at ALL.
My best round to date has been -9.
Fired it up and played the front at "Not Augusta".
Went into my round and was blown away to say the least!
Shot my best ever round of -13!
It was crazy as I made some insane shots that worked and my putter was on fire for the most part!
However, I 3-putted 18. I was nervous!
I don't see myself doing that over 7 more rounds, but man it was exciting!
I feel like I only hit a few bad shots, but they worked out anyway.
Good luck all!

I look forward to new slots. I had the impression i was staying at the GCC. But evangelist practice doesn't make me believe that anymore. Oscar C gave away plenty of this information already, but I thought I would put up a first reveal for R3. Numbers update after first R3 reveal: Registration numbersQualifying Event: 3579 (85.7%) Beer League: 597 (14.3%) Console/System representation in the Qualifying EventPS4: 1890 (52.9%) XB1: 956 (26.8%) PC: 727 (20.3%) Current (As of 12:07 AM Central U.S. time on 09/24) card breakdown by score (Note #1 that these are for estimation purposes only) (Note #2 that there are members with both 1 round and 2 rounds played that are figured in these scores)P -38 to -18 (1 to 150) E -18 to -13 (151 to 300) K -13 to -11 (301 to 450) CC-A -11 to - 7 (451 to 593) CC-B - 7 to - 4 (594 to 736) CC-C - 4 to - 2 (737 to 879) CC-D - 2 to E (880 to 1022) CC-E E to + 2 (1023 to 1165) CC-F + 2 to + 4 (1166 to 1308) CC-G + 4 to + 7 (1309 to 1450) Median score: +5 1450th place: +7
Keep in mind that the bottom end may be expanded. See below!
From the shoutbox from Doyley the other night...
Doyley: We're having discussions about expanding - obviously we're seeing numbers we haven't had in the past and it's only going to grow. If you're in the Q-Event and discouraged, I'd suggest trying to get through it as there may be more slots coming

After -14 for my Whiskey rounds I was feeling quite confident as a new player. But Evangelist is completely kicking my butt in practice. When it goes wrong, it goes badly wrong there, the greens are horrid and as a short straight hitter it plays long.
I've just adjusted to hitting the big stick with an intentional fast which has gained me some yards on approach, but I am still all over the place - I shot a +9 followed by a -2 (with a double bogey at the last).
Anyone else having issues?
