Greetings earthlings, I was wondering what the benchmark for frame rates in general (not chug holes, I have a separate question on these) are to get the smooth rating. When I design I always have my frame rate on but I am not sure what the acceptable level for smooth is 40 frames 45,50? At what point does the dip become mostly smooth? Second, hole chug. What is the easiest way to spot it. I think we are looking for big drops in frames when play testing a hole but I'm not really sure. It would be great if someone from the review team could provide as much information as possible so I can understand what to shoot for and how the reviewers reach their rating. I found the guidelines for course reviewers. Knew I had seen it somewhere just forgot it is on the main website. It has a Framerate Challenge section but it doesn't provide too much information. How can I tell if my course will play well across all systems etc.? I would still like some further clarification from anyone who might know more about it. Back to the Mothership, -Mike ...wish I had an alien emoji to put here.
