In the Highlands theme in themed grass whenever I try to select or place grass the game keeps crashing. Just happened 3 times in a row. First designer crashes since I got the game. I guess designer crashes are still going to be a common theme.

Same error code each time, and I sent a ticket to 2K support. They claim it's a Sony issue - even though PGA 2K21 and TGC 2019 are the only games that ever give me this error, and it's always when working in the course designer. Typically happens when planting multiple trees, rocks, grasses, etc. All I can say is save, save, save.

On PS4 as well.

Reports like this should be posted to the bug report at 2k forum but also reach out to support at 2k with a video so they can pass on to the developers. But agree continue saving is a must!

I opened a 2K support ticket and provided info they asked for. This was their response: "I’m sorry to hear that you're receiving error code CE-34878-0. I understand how frustrating this could be, and I will do my best to help you out.
Please be aware that this is an error code generated by Sony, and not NBA 2K21. If our troubleshooting steps do not work, you will have to contact Sony Support for further assistance."So yeah, they don't even take the time to actually craft their auto-generated responses to the game you're reporting...however, they did tell me to clear the cache, reinstall the game, and rebuild my PS4's system database. I did all that, and still get blue screens from time to time. And TGC 2019 and PGA 2K21 remain the only games where this issue ever comes up for me.

Unfortunately the only thing to do is what they asked which I did knowing that had nothing to do with the issue in designer I and several people had. I sent the video over replacating problem before they would send over to proper people. It is their process and ya I have them hell for not acknowledging the correct game. After a week of cat and mouse the response now is devs have info and they have no idea when will be patched. It's a wait n see game. But if they don't know problems they will never be fixed and it is important for those posting here is not the place to report a bug with game crashes etc so perhaps a fix will come sooner than later.

I would get on the PGA TOUR 2K21 Forums and post there where some of the HB folks are likely to see it. Support tickets usually get picked up by a bunch of folks they just hired who have no idea what they're talking about.

I have posted on the HB Studios forum. Pretty much was told it was a Sony issue there, too.
I did just post on the 2K forums...maybe that will help.
