I'm trying to do what the title says and keep my graphics settings high but cap my frames at say 80-100 so my GPU isn't fully maxed out to have some headroom to stream a little bit better and more consistently. I have a 144hz monitor.
I have already tried setting v-sync to 72 but that results in HORRIBLE in game performance.
Most other games I play have a way in game to cap frame rate but I don't see one easily on this.
Thanks for any advice.

Hmm, Iām unaware of a way to do this before but thanks for the tip. I will research this.
Thanks again!

You should be able to frame limit by program in Nvidia settings if you have an Nvidia card I believe. There are also other 3rd party software you can use to limit frames.
