When it says I was fast or slow on the post swing, what exactly is that? Is the the speed I pushed the analog stick forward or up on my controller (Xbox) or is it the transition between my back swing and down swing?
Thanks

It's a tough question to answer. In my experience, it starts with the transition. If you try and jerk the stick forward after your takeaway, it'll probably be fast. Same goes with slow. If you purposely try to swing easy, it'll probably be a slow. In the end, it's really about rhythm. Back and through. 1, 2. For me, I can usually feel it when I hit one fast or slow. Sometimes, I think I hit it perfectly and it's not, but for me, that's more rare than the forum posts would have you believe.

From playing the last couple of weeks and starting to feel when I mistime a shot, it seems to be a bit of both, but then I can take the club back, hold it for a second or two then slam it forward and it registers as fast, which makes me think it's the downswing speed more than transition between backswing and downswing.
In any case I have found a pretty good rhythm with it now and my FIR and GIR have improved, as has my scoring. I played the final two rounds of the elite test event yesterday, both rounds I shot -1. That's the first time I've played two under par rounds in a row.

When it says I was fast or slow on the post swing, what exactly is that? Is the the speed I pushed the analog stick forward or up on my controller (Xbox) or is it the transition between my back swing and down swing? Thanks Both You have to find the right moment (100% white area on the control bar) of your backswing to move the downswing forward. The timing between the 2 is fundamental and the speed of your downswing must be very good. If your timing is not perfect (101-102 to 105%) the window will be reduced and you will need an absolute perfect downswing to shoot straight. 105% is the absolute top of your backswing without pause. If you always wait before pushing the downswing, the countdown will decrease (104-103-102% etc ...) So 100% is really before the top of the backswing but can be reached after a pause at the top too (much more difficult). If you miss both, most of the time you'll be picking mushrooms under the trees. Hope this is understandable keep on going

My problem is i cant figure out if my natural swing is "right to left" or "left to right". As soon as i find a rythym and believe that I play one way, I lose the rythym and start hitting in just he opposite of what I thought.
I dont mind taking the time to learn and being frustrated but i am at the point where i dont have any clue as to where the ball is going especially with a driver.
