Did you try the code I mentioned in the other thread? 3728
This lines up with the metadata included for that LIDAR. To add it, in Chad's tool update the Force Lidar EPSG Projection to that code (in the Process Lidar tab).

Can you link the metadata page of the LIDAR file you are working with? I tested it with www.sciencebase.gov/catalog/item/58275480e4b01fad86fc9921 and it appears to line up perfectly.
