Hi all,
Anyone using the designer and not getting any yardages from measure tools? Tried on a few ports which didn't work but even on a new 2k21 plot, I've got a line but no info!
Is this me or is it a bug?

Been speaking with 2K support over the last few days. All the info is with the dev team who hopefully have a patch shortly! |

Hard to believe things like this can happen in the year 2020.
In the early 90s we used to test systems before they went "live".
Why don't things get tested now, so that you're not taking money from people and supplying them with a faulty product which is, you know, not good business practice (leaving aside what the law might say).
It really is amazing.

Workarounds for the time being would be to guesstimate your values (since the tools still work, they just don't display the values) or switch to metric (which seems to be working normally). |

You can look at your 'long tee height' or 'green height' - those numbers adjust up or down (by the Foot and Inch) when you are raising/lowering your tools..at least on the sculpt tools anyway, not sure about objects. |

Going to revive this one as 3 months since launch and now on v1.07 - still no fix!!
I've raised 3 support tickets over the months with 2K and been informed that the issue has been passed to the dev team. For some bizarre reason customer support and the dev team do not have two way communication and therefore are unable to check on the status of this fix 🙄
Anyone else still dealing with this issue? I can work around this but I'm so fed up of using bridges to work out how wide to make fairways 😂
